Ski-in/ski-out condo with pool, hot tub, sauna, mountain view, deck, & fireplace

When we arrived for our 4:00 pm check in we entered the door code multiple times but it wouldn’t open. After spending 20 minutes on the phone with customer service we were told we would have to drive into Ludlow to a key box to get a physical key. Luckily the local property manager responded and gave us another code to unlock the door. We entered to find the water had been shut off. After contacting customer service again and getting another key code to unlock the utilities closet to turn the water on. We then discovered a water leak by the washing machine the property manager had us turn off supply to washer. This was the first hour! After that everything was just okay. It’s equipped like a cheap rental condo. Everything is cheap except the price!

Great ski in/out location! Condo had everything you need, cute and clean. Perfect for quick ski getaway. Enough space for 4 adults and toddler.

All went well and few issues . Power was out but managers responded fast and lastly hot water had no pressure in the kitchen or the bath tub master bathroom. I am confident these items will be getting addressed. Otherwise great stay !

This unit was a perfect location for our trip. It is located in the solitude area, and had there been more snow, it would have easily been ski in ski out. We just needed to walk a little since the snow was lacking, but it was really easy. The unit was clean and had everything we could have wanted. The wifi was definitely glitchy so don't plan on doing tons of work. We used the day spa, it is a short drive away. The condo does have a keurig and regular coffee maker - I am including this because I was trying to see if there was a keurig and was not able to get a response. Would definitely stay again!

Very conveniently located property. Would have been nice to take advantage of ski-in / ski-out feature but due to lousy weather we needed to walk across the parking lot to get to the slopes. Clean, well stocked with dishes and two coffee makers! Water pressure lacking for hot water at kitchen sink. Door handles to the main unit are installed upside down, so at one point we thought we were stuck in the entry way. The owner may want to place a note instructing renters to push the handle up to enter the main part of the unit. Would stay here again.

Loved the place and location. Super clean. Easy to access. Loved being slope side. Would highly recommend and would go back in a heart beat.

We paid over $1,500 for a couple nights here. We checked in around 4pm and found that the water had been turned off. Over the next 4 1/2 hours, I had to call the help number and maintenance people repeatedly before someone finally came around 8:30pm. Apparently they don’t have anyone on site so someone had to drive from far away to unlock the panel and flip the water switch. The doors in the unit mostly don’t click shut. The heat thermostat is broken and the heat wouldn’t come on until you put the thermostat at over 78 and then it would barely come on. Overall, this unit should never have been deemed ready to rent. It was apparent no one actually checked it or cleaned it because they should have very obviously known it had no water and broken heat.

My daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Really loved having the front space to store and gear up. Incredible location for ski-in/ski-out mountain access, and Okemo is a great mountain. Thanks!

This two bedroom condo in the Solitude Village provides easy access to the slopes. We found everything we needed in the unit. The property manager was kind enough to give us an extra few hours to check out when our car wouldn't start. Thanks!
