Ski-in/ski-out condo with loft, pool, basketball court & mountain-view balcony

There was alot of room in the Condo. They where prompt to get a problem fixed. Be ready for alot of stairs. View from the condo was nice. Grocery Store was close by. Would come again.

I specifically rented this property because it had a private hot tub. When we arrived at the property, the hot tub had been removed but the property rental management company was not willing to do anything for the inconvenience and were very slow at responding to my questions about the lack of hot tub until several hours after our check in time. Because they had removed the hot tub from the listing, they did not believe me that it was on the listing when I booked. I had not saved that information, because I assumed that they were honest in their advertising and have never had an incident like this before. The virtual video of the condo still included the hot tub.

Nice stay, good location. Nothing super fancy, but we enjoyed the location and the property worked for us! We would stay again.

We rented our condo in Granby, Co through VRBO with Vacasa as the property manager. We were notified the week before we left after having paid the balance in full that the hot tub was broken. We contacted them to let them know that the hot tub was the entire reason for booking that unit and we would like a different location. We spent hours on the phone with Vacasa and VRBO trying to settle it with no luck. The unit had a stove that only worked in the left side, the broiler was broken, the grill and fireplace would not light. The jets on the hot tub came on randomly even during the night. The shower sprayed out of the shower because the shower head was loose. The agreement they sent us said they would find us a replacement unit if the hot tub being incapacitated was not satisfactory. They did not do this. I will never again rent anything from Vacasa.

We really enjoyed our time. Problem is the age of the property. Floor tiles were broken, Front door trim needs paint, Counter top is badly cracked, Unit was not clean, Mini blinds were in poor condition, No paper to play Pictionary, Down stairs bathroom smelled like (well you know what). just lots of things not right for a rental property.

One of the burners broken/unhooked - kitchen dated with old equipment, hot tub has mold on one of the headrests, unit wasn't all that clean - hairs in the bathtubs and places where the floor had stains that suggested that the floors weren't cleaned / wiped down after the previous guests.

We showed up to a hot tub that was cold and a tv that didn’t work and a fireplace that didn’t work. Maintenance guy came and said hot tub was just heating up so that was ok till the next day when we found out that less than half the jets worked this was pretty bad because this was the main reason for the booking. He could not fix tv or fireplace and neither worked the whole stay. There was a floor lamp in the living room that shocked one of my kids we were not impressed. We talked to the property managers and we’re offered no compensation at all. Location was good and property clean just need some TLC!!!!!

Wonderful location, beautiful interior and very functional for a family ski trip. They were accommodating with our wish to add an additional night. Our only wish was that there wasn't so much time between check-out (10am) and check-in (4pm) - either allow earlier check-in or later check-out.

We stayed here for our spring break ski trip. The Condo is nice and all was ready when we arrived, and the check in process was simple. The place was clean and well equipped. It is most definitely NOT ski-in/ski-out, as it requires a significant walk to the closest lift, which is okay for an adult, but for my 11 year old was a bit too much. So I would suggest just driving down to the lodge and parking there for skiing. My only complaint is that the ceiling was damaged in the master bath, (possible water damage) and pieces of the ceiling were flaking off and falling. I notified the management group at checkout, so hopefully this was fixed. Overall, our experience there was great, and we would definitely stay again.

We had a great time. I wasn't sure what to expect regarding what would be supplied, but the Condo was clean, and had towels, soap, shampoo, etc. all there. Not truly ski-in-ski-out, as we had to walk some distance across the street, which was a little far for small kids in ski boots. But overall, good experience, and love the ski area. Also, it is nice having a grocery store 5 min away to get supplies. In addition, The check-in process was extremely easy, even for our after-hours late arrival.
