Ski-In/Ski-Out Condo! Spacious, Cozy, Convenient. Great for Couples and Families

This was a perfect place to stay for my family. I would say it is more of a ski-in-ski-out for skiers more so than for snowboarders, but it was still very conveniently located next to both Giant Steps and Navajo. The unit had many extras (from previous guests) so if you forgot a condiment, this place had it for you!

Highly recommend this apartment, it is clean, well stocked and very comfortable. As an added bonus, we were short of handcream and the apartment was stocked with lots of good quality handcream. We had a wonderful time and plan on going back next year. Many thanks Kim.

We enjoyed the condo, especially the bedroom and bathroom arrangements. The kitchen and the living room and dining table were just right for our family.We got to use the hot tub one time because it was broke the rest of our stay. I did not realize the condo was on the third floor until after we had paid. The pulley system for the luggage was broke our entire stay.

Great ski in ski out location. Cozy space for family game night or watching a movie. This was our second time in this condo, and we hope to come again.

We had a great stay! It was so easy to access the giant steps lift in the morning as well as walkable access to the general store and dining options. It was nice to relax in the hot tub and sauna after a long day of skiing. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

Everything was seamless from booking through check-in to the stay and the checkout process. The hosts were extremely communicative and helpful. This is a great property that is super convenient with everything you need. We will book the exact same property next year if we can.

First visit to Brianhead. Wonderful family vacay! Kim was fantastic with communication. Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Especially loved the underground parking after a 15” snow.

Overall it was great. There were a few issues with the property but the host was able to solve most of them. I would stay here again.

We have stayed here for multiple years now, and it gets better each time. The location is perfect for our family and is near the slopes. This year, we noticed new appliances and an ideal refresh to the condo. The host is super responsive and so kind. We made more family memories and can't wait to return!

Title says it. The listing details are accurate. Plenty of coat hooks to hang gear, clothing, etc. Tidy with just enough decor for coziness without feeling cramped and hoarded. Great communication with property manager.

We stayed Jan 2025 and the condo was perfect. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of kitchen supplies, blankets, pillows, etc. We especially liked the upstairs bathroom for the kids to have their own shower. The location is awesome - very easy to ski back to. The only thing to point out is there is a 4 story walk up from the garage.

We stayed at this property the weekend of 12/20. Condo was as advertised (clean/excellent layout for our group of 6/easy access to the ski slopes). Communication w/owner was awesome. Thanks again for a great trip!

Our family of six had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this beautiful condo in Brian Head! From the moment we walked in, it felt like the perfect blend of homey comfort and a great mountain getaway. The layout was thoughtfully designed, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day on the slopes. The three bathrooms were particularly nice getting ready in the morning and showering after a day of skiing. The garage parking was also a much appreciated convenience! It snowed the night we arrived and we appreciated the snow plows out early making it easy to exit the garage to get to the slopes early. The location was great! Being just a short distance to the Navajo ski lift meant we could maximize our time on the slopes without the hassle of a long trek or drive. The condo is right next to the Giant Steps ski lift but it was early in the season and not all the lifts were open at Giant Steps so we stuck to Navajo. The host was also fantastic! She was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay seamless and stress-free. We sincerely appreciated her attention to detail and warm communication.We’re already talking about our next trip to Brian Head, and there’s no doubt we’ll stay here again. If you’re looking for a cozy, convenient, and family-friendly retreat, this condo is the one to book. Highly recommend!
