Stayed Jan 29, 2026We stayed 8 nights in this 2-bedroom condo. Before booking, we carefully researched reviews on several units and chose this one because it had very high ratings. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect those reviews.The location was perfect, and the management team was professional and responsive. However, the condition of the unit was disappointing for the price we paid.The most significant issue was the shower—there was no hot water for the first two days. The tile around the shower appeared to be under construction, with plastic and duct tape holding sections together (see photos). The second shower head was not attached to the wall and could not be adjusted. Several bathroom hooks were missing, and the one that remained would not stay upright, making it unusable.The kitchen cabinets were unfinished plywood with no liners, dirty shelves, missing knobs, and misaligned doors that would not close properly. The refrigerator was missing a shelf guard, making that shelf unusable. The dishwasher worked but made very loud noises. Bedroom closet doors were also missing knobs, and the TV stand in the second bedroom was unstable.Overall, the unit felt very dated and in need of paint and carpet refresh, which contributed to a sense of uncleanliness. Management did provide some compensation, but not enough given the cost. The location is excellent, but the unit needs significant updates.

Location, views are the best. It’s convenient, comfortable, we just love it. Sometimes housekeeping could be better (maybe don’t trust that the guests before you know how to do dishes properly, etc). But, we love this place and would stay again. Firewood delivery is awesome, and rental management company is easy to work with and responsive.
