Ski-in/Ski-out Condo, 1 Bdr. Incredible mountain views Special Hike Bike Fishing

Great Trip could use an Air conditioner. Was very warm.

The view was beautiful and it was so nice to have the balcony! Randy was super communicative and the check in and parking was detailed and easy to figure out. The bed was comfy and it was nice to have the full kitchen to cook our breakfasts before heading out to venture. Even if you don't ski Mammoth was lovely and we were close to town but not too close- still woodsy-- and close to our trip to June lake and even Yosemite too! We occasionally heard noise from the nearby stairs and door, or if we left the window open we were above the main entrance turnabout and could hear people talking below. But it was minimal and we had a really cozy time.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great condo. It was clean, well maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views from the condo were amazing. Great light in the unit throughout the day. Super convenient ski in/out to chair 15. The host, Randy, made the booking, stay, and checkout process very easy. He was very responsive to any questions.

Condo is situated near the Eagle lodge with great views, a secure garage and a calm quiet atmosphere. My wife and I had a wonderful time and plan to book again.

Very comfortable. Loved the jacuzzi and heated pool after a day of skiing.

Great ski in ski out location

The Host was very welcoming and answered any questions we had very quickly. The Condo was very well stocked. Not a detail was missed. The view is incredible and the ski in ski out access is very nice. The entire complex is clean, and neat, including the underground parking complex, and the ski lockers. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Randy’s place! The mountain views were beautiful and the place was quiet, comfortable and very cozy. Kitchen has all the amenities, bed was very comfortable, check and check out was easy and communication with Randy was great. Would stay here again.

The condo was perfect in regards to space, amenities, and location. Our host, Randy, was exceptional with providing useful information and answering questions. The issues we did have were due to the weather, i.e. warmer temps outside in September made it exceptionally warm in a condo without air conditioning even with the windows open and nearby forest fires which forced us to keep the windows closed, again with no air conditioning. We rated our time there with 5 stars knowing our issues were caused by outside influences.

Property is well maintained, has everything, wonderful building, beautiful view. We really liked the parking garage elevators, and carts to move luggage. Randy responds quickly to any questions. Wonderful stay

The condo smelled strongly of old stale cigarette smoke that was off putting and stung eyes and nose. That came as a big surprise since the owner repeatedly pointed out that the condo was strictly non smoking. The smoke detector was missing. The blind in the living room could not be opened. The door screen had multiple wholes. The garbage disposal was broken.

Check in and check out was very easy and great communication with the host. The place has great views and good location.

Wonderful place - perfect location. We stayed in the warmer time of year and the nights were pretty hot (fans only, no A/C). Bring your own A/C tower if possible!

We had a great stay at this 1-bedroom apartment in Mammoth. It was clean, nicely designed, and very comfortable for sleeping. The building is modern and super quiet, with a beautiful view from the balcony. It’s conveniently close to the mountain and village center. Everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay is right there. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed this cozy condo, with a comfortable bed, charming fireplace, well stocked kitchen with everything needed to craft your own meals. Nice touch to have ½&½ minis in the fridge and the provided coffee, filters, etc. As ice lovers, we had a downhearted moment opening the freezer to find few ice trays, BUT our hearts soared due to the excellent ice machine in the lobby and container in the freezer to fill up any time! The hot tub was a great temp & effective jets. Hooks & stand in the entry terrific for hanging up/stowing gear just as you enter. The parking lot was great. Artwork on the walls was nice and cheerful. The place feels loved, the host is detail-oriented and clear on expectations - we didn’t need anything but based on our interactions we could tell that had we actually needed anything it would have been timely and thorough.One note – it never occurred to us that depending on timing the location might not actually be ski-in/out. This necessitated adaptation for unexpected daily driving & equipment handling, so something to keep in mind when conditions might not provide for enough snow and colder temps to support the ski-in/out base, and lift operations. One other note, the TVs are a bit dated and not “smart” so no apps or streaming was possible – bring an HDMI cable to plug into the TVs if you want to run any internet based programming off a laptop.Bottom line: we definitely recommend this condo and the host, you won’t be disappointed!

This location is perfect… close to ski slopes , restaurants and grocery stores.The condo is very comfortable and well appointed with everything you need to cook with.. I really enjoyed my stay.

Father and daughter ski trip. The ski in ski out was amazing!!! Randy is a fantastic host. Communicative and attentive if needed.The place was cozy, well appointed and very comfortable.The entire facility makes everything so easy and provides more stress free time to relax and do whatever it is you love to do. Best ski in/ski out condo in Mammoth! Randy is excellent at communicating and always quick to respond. Clean and cozy condo with everything you need, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Fabulous sunny location, just slip on your skis and you're at uncrowded Eagle lift! Will definitely stay here again.

Great location with the morning sun to get you ready hit the slopes! Ski in and out is a piece of cake! Downstairs lockers made it easy to load and unload to get on and off the slopes. Hosts we great! Did a great job of communicating what we needed to know. My wife and I will definitely be back.

It is quite possibly the best way to ski at Mammoth. A thirty second walk to the skis and you're on the mountain. The room is great too, well apportioned. I hope that my future trips are this enjoyable.

A true ski in - ski out experience at Mammoth! The condo was clean, well appointed and right on the slopes near Eagle Lodge. Comfortable bed, everything you need to cook in the kitchen, and beautiful morning views of the mountains. The owner was exceptional to work with and responsive. Highly recommend!

Good stay.

What a wonderful condo and complex! Randy (owner) was awesome. He was always prompt to reply and checked on us a few times during our stay to make sure we were able to access the condo and that everything was to our liking. The ski in/out was so convenient! The unit was just as described and was perfect our stay. Will definitely love to stay again. Thanks again Randy, for letting us stay at your beautiful place!

We had a good stay. The condo was well supplied, comfortable. We had a little problem. We did not know how to use the thermostat/heat and I accidentally set the heat on! We got a bit warm but that was my bad! Overall a great experience…!

Well-maintained condo close to everything in ML. Very tidy, and the host provides clear and concise check in/out instructions. I would definitely recommend the space when you visit the Eastern Sierra.
