Our robust cleaning checklist includes everything you’d expect, AND things like refilling the candy jars (can you find them ), resetting the histories on Netflix and Apple TV, and getting the espresso machine ready for your mad barista skills.

Maintenance walk throughs are performed regularly to ensure your stay is without surprise. That said, sometimes things happen. Facilities help can be reached 24/7 and general inquiries will be answered between the hours of 8am and 10pm.

    Grant was not needed but he was very accessible during our stay! His place is amazing! It was recently updated and furnished and you could tell! The location cannot be beat. You can ski down to the gondola in the morning and a trail comes right to the back door at the end of the day. Lockers on the ground level of the condos stored equipment overnight, which was extremely convenient. We stayed with 4 children and the bunk room suited them perfectly! Grant had books for them which was a nice touch! I also noticed a pack n play in the bedroom closet for little ones. Beds were all comfortable and the place was very clean upon arrival. Overall I will stay here again for an awesome ski in / ski out experience!

    Grant was a great and communicative host. Amazing location ski in/ski out and the best unit I’ve stayed in at ZML by far - clearly renovated recently and lots of amenities incl multiple coffee machines, remote speaker, kitchen basics like tea and olive oil etc. Highly recommend!
