Ski In/Out, Outside Frnt Door- No Halls! Private Deck, New Kitchen

The Hot Tubs are a little bit away... but not a big deal we just drove over to them quick since it was cool Temps... you can ski right across the street from the Snowflake lift... easy access... nice location for ski in and out... contacted the hosts about keys and they were very nice and got it figured out over the phone...nice place to stay...

Cannot beat this for ski in ski out location. Excellent communication from the hosts. Planning to return for a 3rd stay in 2027.

This was a great location and the space was perfect. Loved the word burning fireplace! Highly recommend to a nice weekend getaway!

Problem getting in to lockbox. Owner answered phone and helped me immediately. I did have a problem with beeping from a smoke alarm for which I purchased and installed a new battery. The owner thanked me and paid me by Venmo. Really no major issues and I greatly appreciated response from owner.

Great location! Short walk to the 4 o’clock run and less than 5 minute drive to downtown.

Second stay in this condo. Excellent for a couple. Comfortable bed, decently stocked kitchen, fantastic ski-in/ski-out location, wood stove to keep condo warm. Owners are very responsive. We expect to return next year.

The location was incredible and the condo, while cozy, was immaculate with all the conveniences of home!

Add a light in the bedroom that turns on from the light switch just inside the bedroom door (provide more light in the bedroom).Add a laundry basket.Add a USB outlet on one of the outlets along the kitchen counter.

It was the best place it was everything I wanted it to be!! But will definitely be back!!!

Great condo,.just right for the wife and I. Balcony was great and super easy access to Main St. More of a short drive vs a walk, but the walk is doable.

A wonderful one bed, one bath condo that was perfect size for my husband and I. It was very clean and cozy with a great mountain view. Loved sitting on the covered deck in the late afternoon, watching the hummingbirds! Communication with John was awesome! We would definitely recommend this condo for your trip!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The location was excellent. There were a couple of items that might fall under the heading of minor annoyances. One was the lack of adequate lighting in the bedroom. We had to enter the room in the dark and find a bedside lamp to turn on. The second was, I am sure beyond the control of the property owner. On Thursday, there was a team of lumberjacks cutting down trees on the property. It was pretty noisy and their trucks pretty much filled up the parking lot. We found one remaining spot so no read harm there. Overall, we would not hesitate to rent this property again.

This is a perfect and beautiful location nestled in the trees overlooking the town of Breckenridge with mountains beyond. It's just minutes away from town, including the gondola, grocery store, trolley, Blue River, walking trails.It's an ideal getaway for two people and accommodates more with a sofa sleeper.

John and Angela were absolutely wonderful hosts and made the entire experience seamless. They provided detailed information about the property ahead of time and were quick to respond to any questions we had.The condo itself was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The view from the windows was stunning—and to top it all off, we were lucky enough to see three moose resting right outside one morning! Such a memorable and magical touch to an already fantastic stay.

The place was cozy and had great views. My husband and I were able to walk out the door and access trails, walk to main street, and do hikes across town. Everything was walking distance.

It was a great place to enjoy the mountains.

The only thing we would suggest is to update kitchen supplies. Spoons, spatulas and cooking equipment. It would be difficult to make an actual meal. The communication was We would stay again outstanding and very clean. One of we would stay again. The location was awesome the most comfortable bed ever!!

Walk across and ski down to a lift. Perfect for a couple, love the wood stove, views are great!

Owners super responsive. Place is perfect for skiing. Great to have a full size dishwasher and fridge. Perfect to be able to check in at your own ease. Having a washer and dryer is so needed when skiing. Love the deck and ease of access. Only challenge is no bus all the way up. But it is a short .2 walk to nearest bus. Easy for most people.

The ski in was great. We skied down right across from our place and just had to cross the road. Ski out was a little more of a hassle. Had to ski down to a road, take skis off, walk across street and up a short hill to the lift. But still way better than a shuttle! Place was nice with great views and communication with hosts couldn’t have been better. We will stay there again. Thanks Angie and John

Unit was clean and well maintained. Limited stairs was a bonus! Easy ski in ski out directly across the street. Looking forward to next year! Hosts communication was excellent and always prompt.

The place was clean and had a lot of amenities for cooking, the sunset views from patio were breath taking The 4 O clock trail was across the street , so easy to ski to Snowflake lift and ski back to condo via 4 O’Clock trail The bed was incredibly comfortable. The only downside was not because of owner , but I would strongly suggest an ALL wheel drive We had a front wheel rental and we got stuck on 4 O Clock road twice and needed a push to get up the road.Thank you John and Angela for making our stay Nemo. Great with communication

This was second time my wife and I stayed in this building, first time in this unit. Focus was on ski-in/ski-out of this building. Easy check-in. Unit was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was moderately well stocked with utensils. Wood burning stove was a bonus. In-unit washer-dryer meant able to pack less clothing. Good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Truly enjoyed, expect to return next year.

I booked this VRBO property as a getaway with easy access to the slopes of breckenridge. The property was clean and quaint. Attached to the second set of keys was a membership card to the local Kroger. Each morning I sat on the couch and watched through the large glass balcony doors as the sun rose over the snowcapped mointains

Ski in ski out property that my wife and 2 boys loved. Location was perfect and was even able to view the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the balcony! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice cabin, but it can use a little update and better pillows.

The condo was so cozy and has a spectacular view! It was a short walk from the free ride bus stop which takes you everywhere you need to go. John and Angela were extremely responsive to our questions! I highly recommend this place!

The Condo was perfect. It was cozy and warm. The view was great. Also below there’s a stream which you can hear when you sit on the porch. I was looking to relax, and I did!!!

We enjoyed our visit to Breckenridge. The unit is conveniently located to all the shops and yummy restaurants. Only a 30 minute beautiful drive to Vail so we were able to enjoy both places without having to move. Unit is well stocked with everything needed
