Ski-in/out gem with balcony, fast WiFi, modern decor & full kitchen

We drove more than 5 hours and stayed 3 nights in this ski-in ski-out property during the Christmas holidays with high expectations. However, we’re very disappointed. First of all, the management team (Vacasa) sent me an email on the check-in day saying that the housekeeping team will clean the room, but will not be able to make our bed due to the impact of COVID-19. They said they have provided us with fresh and clean linens, and we’ll have to make our bed. However, we noticed that the trash can was full of trash, cookie crumbs were on the floor, and used towels were still in the bathroom. There was a lot of hair on the bed. However, we didn’t find any clean bed sheets and linens in the room. Enough to say, we were thoroughly disgusted. I called the phone number provided by Vacasa and also sent multiple emails to ask for clean bed sheets and linens, but there was no response. What a shame- we have to clean the room ourselves and sleep with dirty sheets and linens. We did not get clean bed sheets and linens during our stay, which is totally unacceptable. We understand that this is a busy season. However, we have stayed in many hotels during the same holiday season, and this is the first time we had such a bad experience. If you plan to stay at this property, be aware of their bad service.

Excellent condo at the base of Okemo clock tower base. Three adults including one first-time skier, so being this close to rentals and lessons was a game-changer for us. Very comfortable for the three of us. Fold-out couch was comfortable, kitchen worked for us and it was a great rental. Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo in the perfect location. Steps to lifts and Okemo base facilities (lodge, restaurant). Clean and cozy. We would absolutely return. The only note, I believe the ad lists washer dryer in unit. The unit does not contain these.

Great spot, located at Clock Tower A/B Quad lifts. Be prepared to climb 40+ stairs up, which was only downfall. Overall a great place, newly renovated as stated, with great views of mountain from LR & Bedroom. Bathroom a touch tight & towels seemed a bit tiny for adults, but would recommend this condo overall.

The location is great - right next to the lodge. It's in the middle of the 3rd floor, so it's more like a 3.5 story walk-up. Lots of stairs with gear. Pros: location, upgraded kitchen, furniture, and bathroom Cons: outdated TV w/minimal access to streaming, cluttered/messy ski closet, stairs

The unit was clean, up to date and very convenient to the slopes and local bar & grill.

Next to base lodge at Okemo, easy walk to rentals and lifts. Very nice decor and everything we needed for our weekend stay

Great 1 bed condo at the base of okemo. 3rd floor condo recently had a designer renovation which feels thoughtful and fresh. Modest kitchen had everything Wr needed. 2 tvs with cable or streaming were a nice touch. Location is amazing, you can watch the now cats grooming base area from windows. Comfy beds and amazing parking space location. Great small space worked well for our family of 4.

This is a well remodeled condo that’s well stocked. Its ski in and out was perfect. It’s was clean and well kept. The bathroom is small but otherwise a great stay

We enjoyed the location for a ski weekend... would definitely stay again. The unit was spectacular... the building itself was very tired.
