Stayed Feb 4, 2025Everything was good. We did have 1 chair that had screws loose and felt like it might break so we just didn’t use it. The ski lockers should be bigger if people are to put all the gear in there. We had 4 snowboards and 2 sets of skis they would not all fit.

This condo at Zephyr Mountain Lodge and the WPM team really made a stay quite enjoyable. We had an issue with a toilet that overflowed our mess was fixed and cleaned by the time we returned from dinner. We also had a broken coffee make that was promptly replaced. The condo itself was clean, warm, and you can't beat the location as it is steps from the gondola.

Stayed Jan 11, 2025Location was good with kids. Coffee maker partially broken. One bar stool broken. Trash can too small and not enough trash bags. Refrigerator light does not work. 11 towels not 12. Master sink would not drain and daughter fixed it. Suggest more hooks on walls and behind doors to hang things.
