Ski-in & ski-out on Aspen mountain. One block from town.

This was a wonderful experience. The property is spacious and located very close to the gondola and summer hiking trails.

Everything was perfect with our stay. There were 4 adults, and the loft worked perfectly for one couple. I would definitely stay here again!

This condo location is amazing but the stairs are very difficult. Honestly we found it challenging to walk to the condo from town and then walk up 7 flights of stairs. We are relatively fit people in our 60’s so it may not be hard for others. We were here for the food and wine classic. The condo is beautiful and the pool is great!

The accommodations were great regardless of the 3 flight hike up the stairs, it was worth it for the view. The location is perfect for walking to everything in town. Our hostess handled all of our questions within in a reasonable amount of time. We really enjoyed our stay in Aspen and would stray here again.

We had such a wonderful stay! Carol was very communicative and responsive and was a huge help to us! She shared many ideas for acitivitez and was always quick to respond to our questions. The condo its self is great. Very clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. The location is awesome! Walking distance to town, Aspen mountain and the buses that go to the other mountains. We rented a park and parking was easy as well.

Absolutely loved the location. All of the downtown shops, restaurants, and bars are only a block away. If you ski, the lift is right around the corner, which is super convenient. The host responded to any of my questions super quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here!

A cute space and great location - we did not have (and did not need) a car, everything in town is walkable, and shuttle stop for to other mountains is a short walk away. Loved our stay here plus, Carol was such a helpful host with excellent recommendations for what to do beyond skiing.

Great location, clean and quiet. Layout is strange with the second bath right outside of the master.

We had a fantastic stay in Aspen. We loved the location of this condo. Being in the heart of Aspen was perfect for us. Carol was a wonderful host; very responsive and will to help us in every way.

This unit is in a great location within walking distance of everything you could need in town, including the transportation center. Check in was easy and Carol accommodated us arriving early. Would look to stay again, thank you!

Clean, good location, no frills and dated; opinion is that master bedroom mattress is caved in and tilts downward toward the headboard / better quality mattresses at 100/night motels.

Wonderful apartment in prime Aspen location - absolutely loved our stay! Clear communication from Carol, well equipped, clean apartment with wonderful views over Aspen. (Yes, like others mentioned, it is 3 floors up - a good cardio workout.. - but you'll be rewarded by wonderful sunsets from the balcony)

Condo worked out great. Easy ski in/out access to Gondola. A bit of a hike up the hill from town. Condo layout was a little funky with both bathrooms downstairs

This was just a couple blocks from downtown, so the location was amazing. The only downfall was that we had to climb three large flights of stairs with all our luggage!

We had a great vacation with our kids (8 and 11)! The hot tub and heated pool were right outside the condo, and the walk up and down was not bad. We skied in/out with the kids when we were at Aspen, and it was an easy walk to the bus to access the other mountains. The condo was perfect for our family of 4!

We had an awesome stay. You do hike up 3 stories to the condo.....it's great training for Highland Bowl! :)

The condo is very clean and in a great area. Ski locker and train to the gondola make it super convenient. Carol is very communicative and was helpful when needed!Ski home trail was a little difficult to find but was very convenient once we found it.

The stairs are indeed no joke and the ski-out path wasn't the favorite of those who did it, but the condo was great on the inside and Carol was a very responsive and helpful host who worked with us to get an early checkin and overall very smooth stay!

Aspen has four ski mountains. If you're skiing at Aspen Mountain and you can handle black diamonds, it's ski-in, which will require you to brave a narrow, steep, trail with trees. If you're a beginner, you should ski Buttermilk, which is a 10-minute drive or shuttle ride away.About a 5-7 minute walk with skis to Aspen Mountain gondola or the shuttle to other mountains. Parking: be sure to display your parking pass. I went to the office at 8am to retrieve it. The office was closed. At 8:47am a parking attendant was putting a note on my car threating to boot it. Easy walk to grocery store and shopping in Aspen. Condo itself was A. Nice view. Odd design: I slept in the loft and had to walk down two different flights of stairs to reach bathroom. Pool was heated and comfy even in winter. Walking up to 3rd floor in the high altitude will require you to be in shape. Host was also an A.

Carol was very helpful and and available. The steps are real but doable even with gear on.
