Stayed Mar 2, 2025Had a wonderful stay here, Sophie and the property management group were very communicative and helpful laying everything out that we needed for our stay. The space was comfortable and cozy, plus the access to the mountain made the stay super convenient! Highly recommend!

Stayed Jan 31, 2025My family and I loved our stay at this property and we would absolutely stay again. The size was perfect. The couch could fit everyone for some good old fashioned board games. The beds were especially comfortable. And aside from a hot tub, the condo has everything you could need for a ski weekend. The best part was the location. We strolled out of the condo, grabbed our skis and fifteen seconds later were skiing down to the A/B lifts. I would imagine it’s perfect for anyone traveling with beginners because it’s off a green run and goes straight to the base. Highly recommend.

Stayed Dec 23, 2024The location was perfect. Right on the mountain with direct ski access. The layout of the unit was great as well with plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with enough essentials. I just bought tissues, aluminum foil and vegetable oil since those were not in the house already. The only downside was that the heat in the house was not evenly distributed so two of the bedrooms were very warm even though we followed the owner’s directions of where to turn down the heat. We ended up using fans because the windows wouldn’t open which also made me a little nervous. Hopefully that will be fixed for the next renter. I would definitely give this unit a 5 star rating otherwise.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The place was very clean and had the basics that you need. Beds were comfortable and sufficiently dressed. (Although I took my own pillow and was thankful for that choice) They provided a base level of toilet paper and paper towels, so that was nice that we didn’t have to rush to the store immediately. Ski in/ski out is debatable: you have to walk across a very muddy parking lot cross over the street and then, there is a trail access. It was flat, so it would’ve been even OK for small children to make this trek. But that’s a “short walk” not “ski/ski out”. If there had been fresh snow, one could argue that you could potentially ski home or cross country ski out so that’s a gray area for certain. But we had our three adult children and our eldest’s spouse with us so it worked fine for us. Our only real complaint would have been with the kitchen amenities. Being as there is not many places to eat out in Ludlow you really do need these areas to be on point and I found them to be a bit worn/too old to really function well. The appliances haven’t been replaced since the 1970s which made for a very painfully slow electric coil to heat up even just the kettle for tea. And all of the pots and pans are still revereware that the handles started to smell like burning plastic when I tried to make a roast in the oven and had to make shift something oven safe out of a cake pan with foil. The nonstick on all of the frypans was so damaged that I wouldn’t even use them for fear that those flakes would stick in our food. Thankfully there was an electric griddle. So if you’re going to eat out a lot, this place will be perfect for you, but if you’re going to cook, I would consider something with a more modern kitchen. All in all we had a wonderful stay. Plenty of firewood as well as seating next to the fire and it was a cozy location sufficient for the week. I will keep my review at five stars because aside from the kitchen, everything else was as advertised. I’m not going to dock the entire experience for a few minor inconveniences, but have left them here so that you can make your own opinion based on what you need. It wasn’t glamorous but it was sufficient.

Stayed Jan 21, 2024We were there for three days. The condo was as described. Pros: only 100ft from slope, easy walk in ski boots. Wood for fire place stacked at door. Includes kitchen basics (pots pans etc). Beds comfortable and plenty of blankets for cold nights. 2nd floor unit so you don’t get any noise from clog wearing dancers above you. Cons: this is not a gourmet kitchen. Which is fine when you’re there to ski. Note: January 2024-Shaws still only doing order online/pickup. It’s not a quick turnaround. You may want to hit general store just outside Ludlow.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This ski-on, ski-off condo is perfect for a family with small kids. The home is well appointed, clean and comfortable with amenities, like plastic cups and bunk beds for young children. It's a tremendous value given you can ski right onto Okemo mountain from your front door. Would highly recommend!

Stayed Jan 14, 2022We had a nice stay. Condo is immaculate & cozy. The location to the mountain was accurate & a quick 2 min walk to the slope. The only issue we had was that the 1970 microwave above the stove did not work, the toaster over did not toast and the washing machine door would not lock so therefore we could not wash our clothes. Aside from that, Shannon our contact was very responsive & apologetic for the inconvenience. Thank you
