Guys trip success... This property has the best location to the hill. 25 steps from the ski locker. The unit is very dated and tired. The couch, chairs, and beds are lumpy. A guys trip, no issues; a family / couples trip, not so much. The price definitely takes that into account though. Keep your tips up.

We loved our trip to Telluride! This property is in an ideal location and the two ski passes were a huge perk! Ski lockers are conveniently located which made going in and out to ski so easy. The unit is a bit outdated and needs new couches but those details are easy to overlook with the amazing location and amount of beds. We would stay here again.

We had an unforgettable stay at Neal's condo! From the moment we arrived, everything was great. Neal was an exceptional host, always available and easy to communicate with, making our stay seamless and enjoyable.The condo itself was perfect for our family. It was spacious, comfortably decorated, and had all the comforts of home. The in-floor heating and slate floors were a great touch on cold mornings! The ski-in and ski-out access was incredibly convenient, especially for our two boys who loved heading off to snowboard school on their own each morning.We appreciated the fully-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy gas fireplace was perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The personal ski locker was a fantastic feature, keeping all our gear organized and ready to go.The bedrooms were comfortable and provided plenty of space for everyone. Each room had its own private bath and TV, which was great for some downtime. The living area was a wonderful place to gather, with a large flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for our family.The location was unbeatable. We were just steps away from restaurants, shopping, and the free gondola ride to Telluride. It was so convenient for our family, allowing the kids to come and go freely. The views of Wilson Peak were amazing, and we loved being right in the heart of the village.Overall, our stay at Neal's condo was fantastic. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our ski vacation.

This location is amazing! Just feets away from a quick ride down to a lift or easily walk to the next lift. Near the gondolas that lead you to the market and into town. Very convenient for families with kids. Neal was an amazing host and was able to help us with anything we needed very promptly. Highly recommend this place for large groups and families.

Very close to lifts and the gondola, we didn't have to drive the entire week and everyone could do their own thing at their own pace. Access to runs and lifts for any experience level. Steam shower and hot tub were fantastic.

The owner was very helpful with ski rental and provided an early check in. Close to great restaurants and as advertised within walking distance to the slopes.

Great location. Short walk to lift 4 or ski down to lift 10 and you're on your way to great skiing! The two passes that come with the condo are nice.

This condo was cozy and had plenty of space for 3 professionals in town for the Telluride Film Festival. Convenient to the gondola into Telluride and just steps away from Mountain Village amenities. Thanks!

Perfect location to everything. Right by the resort and gondola to get into town. We loved it!

The location is great. I communicated with the host, Neal, a few times throughout the week, and he was always kind and quick to respond. The two upstairs bedrooms could really use fans (there is one) and humidifiers. I made Neal aware, and he said he’d get some ordered. We found some trash on the floor here and there. I made Neal aware of the worst of it, so I’m hopeful he’ll address it with their housekeepers.

We had a great stay in town for a wedding!
