Inside, the open-concept layout feels airy and inviting, with high ceilings and natural light setting the tone. The living area features a sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, and a TV—ideal for unwinding after a day outdoors. A dining table for five creates an easy gathering space for meals or game nights.

The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, toaster oven, coffeemaker, and cooking utensils (no traditional oven), so you can start the morning with a hearty breakfast or wind down with a simple dinner at home.

The primary bedroom offers a queen bed (sleeps 2) and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, perfect for soothing post-ski muscles. With space for up to four guests between the bedroom and sleeper sofa, the layout works well for couples, small families, or a few friends chasing mountain air.

Guests also enjoy access to community amenities including a pool, hot tub, sauna, and BBQ area—ideal for relaxed après-ski evenings or sunny summer afternoons.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that all outdoor furniture and amenities are seasonal and available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- Laundry is not in the unit; a communal, coin-operated laundry room is located on the first floor of the building.
- Please note that we do not allow late check out and the guest card will be deactivated at 11:00 AM.

Parking Details:
- The garage provides one parking space with a maximum vehicle height of 7 ft 6 in. There are no additional parking options, and vehicles exceeding this height cannot park at the property.

All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    The property is great and location cannot be beat. Good food options a short walk away and the pool was heaven. The room was as listed, but needs air conditioning! The room was 89 degrees when we checked in and the only relief was opening the windows. Cooled down to 79 the first night and 76 the second. This made sleeping very uncomfortable. Probably not an issue during winter but at the height of summer it was a problem. Check in occurs at the lodge front desk, which was not mentioned in the instructions.
