Ski-in Condo w/ Hot Tub on Burke Mtn Slopes!

Great condo on Burke Mountain - but the bed configuration doesn’t match the photos or description online. My party was a total of 8, and the kitchen, living space and deck accommodated us well. Most of the condo has been updated and the finish out is good. However - the bed configuration in the photos is not what exists at the condo. There is no bedroom with 3 twin beds. The en suite is listed as having a queen, when actually has a king. The basement room shows having a couch, 2 futons, and a queen twin bunk, but actually has a king bed & queen twin bunk. The current bed configuration is better quality than what’s listed in the photos, but we had a plan for our party that didn’t match the bed configuration when we arrived. Some of our party had to share beds who were not planning to do so. The condo was clean, but the trash cans didn’t have bags in them, a couple bathrooms didn’t have towels (they were clean, but still in the W/D), and there were very few hangers throughout the house. Overall I would recommend this condo. The finish out is nice, and the space accommodates a big group well. But the photos need to be updated to match the current accommodations.

We stayed here for a family trip to see other family that lives in Vermont. Great spot for the kiddos to play outside, take small hikes in the woods, and relax with movie time at night!

The view from the property is spectacular and for us we could sit in the hot tub and watch mountain bikers fly down the hill. This property helped us celebrate our 40th anniversary and was very comfortable for our party of 10. Plenty of room to spread out, kitchen was well stocked and sitting area was close by. Loved that we had easy access to the Kingdom trails. The basement room was excellent for the two kids but a bit musty smelling, would not work if you suffered from allergies. The garage was very spacious for our 10 bikes!

My husband’s dream has been to stay slope side at Burke. We skied Burke when our kids were young but never stayed slope side. This was a perfect location. Roomy and clean condo, good kitchen set up and very comfortable beds! Our grandsons loved putting their skies on and skiing down the mountain. The hot tub on the deck made for relaxing afternoons. We can’t wait to go back next year. The owner Laura was very quick to respond to my questions.

Our annual adventure to KT was made all the better by staying here. The location was perfect, accommodations clean and inviting with plenty of room for all of us and the hot tub made the long days of riding a joy to come home to. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome ski in/ski out property- right off of Sherburne Express! Plenty of space for our family and our guests. Kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, bowls etc to make cooking in easy. Lots of towels available for shower and hot tub use as well as travel sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap supplied. Basement worked out great for the kids. A few signs of condo age (carpeting, windows and doors, slow clothes dryer). Overall- a great experience and we would definitely rent again!
