Ski in 3 BR + Loft / 2 BA Directly on 4 O'Clock Ski Run

Very clean unit. Close to everything!!

This stay was absolutely excellent! The communication beforehand was superb, everything was detailed and ledt no room for questions. The place had all the things, including all the cooking utensils, even spices and some basics like oil (I think they just allow some leftovers from previous guests which is sweet and environmentally friendly.). As described, the condo is on the 3rd floor, so at that altitude not for the faint of heart, but it is worth it! Dinner table seats 6, plus 3 bar stools at counter. Beds super comfy, sheets were devine, condo was so quiet. Ski home, little walk to the lift (200 yards), slight uphill. Highly recommend!!!!

The location was excellent. The accommodations were well appointed. The host was communicative and helpful. Everyone in our group enjoyed the condo and agreed we’d rent it again.

The host was very responsive both prior to and during our stay. The property is an excellent condition with comfortable beds and very clear instructions both prior to arriving as well as with thoughtful notes throughout the unit on how to operate appliances, etc. The unit is a very short walk to the snowflake lift and next to charter sports rentals and it was great to be able to ski right to the unit at the end of the day.

Eric was an amazing host. The condo was just as advertised and deceivingly roomy with 6 bed spaces. The location to the Snowflake lift and 4 O’Clock run made it essentially ski in ski out since we could store our skis at the ski shop at the snowflake lift. If we had any questions, Eric responded almost immediately. 10 out of 10!!!

Everyone liked the property. It has a wrap around deck. The beds were comfortable. It was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. There is a hot tub that you can see from the deck. It is a four minute walk to the lift and you can ski into the parking lot. We were advised to rent equipment from a company across the street from the chairlift. It was perfect because we could store our skis and boots there and do the short walk to and from the condo in comfortable footwear. The walk to town was very short and we had lots of choices of places to eat and drink. I would highly recommend this location and the property management that supplied us with thorough and useful information. Thanks!!!

This is the perfect location to the Snowflake Chair lift and Downtown. The condo was clean, the wrap around balcony was amazing! I will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful communication from the start, to include thorough check in instructions and tips for easing our stay. The condo was immaculate, well appointed, roomy, and super close to town. There's a beautiful walking path, nature abound, and we didn't need our car for anything, short of our off road adventures. The supermarket isn't overpriced and there are some really great places to eat in town. Our trip for our son's 21st was so memorable--thank you!

Everything was exactly as stated in the listing, and this is truly one of the most thoughtfully designed and well-equipped VRBOs we have ever stayed in. Every detail has been considered to make guests feel comfortable, from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy, inviting furnishings.The location was excellent. It is an easy walk to town, which made it so convenient for getting out and exploring. At the same time, it felt peaceful and relaxing when we came back after a day out.We loved starting our mornings on the balcony with fresh mountain air and having such easy access to trails and outdoor activities. Whether you are here for skiing, summer adventures, or just a quiet mountain getaway, this condo is a perfect home base.We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

There is a reason this property is 5 stars across the board. Book with confidence you wont be disappointed. The property is in almost new condition with a fully equipped kitchen. All that is needed is food. The loft is great for teens that want to have some space. Walk to main street in a few minutes. Our family really enjoyed this property and we plan to book again for a winter ski trip. Owner is friendly and we had great communication. Thanks very much.

My 18-year-old daughter had just graduated from high school, and we wanted to celebrate with a family trip. She wanted to have a 'Hallmark Movie Experience' in a small town with cute shops and restaurants. Mission accomplished! Thanks to Eric for the excellent preparation materials before the trip and the wonderful accommodations at the condo.

This condo had everything we needed for our week long stay in Breckenridge. It was well stocked and everything was clean. Eric was also very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Kids loved the loft area! Condo was clean and in the perfect location close to the slopes and walking distance to shops and restaurants! Snow was slushy when we went but we loved skiing in warmer temps and sunshine! Condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so might not be ideal for elderly guests especially carrying up heavy luggage! Overall great experience! Would stay again!

This was a perfect location. ski in, one block to Snowflake, with 8 minute walk to main st, made the location truly perfect for Breckenridge ski vacation. Overall the condo was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our time and would highly recommend!

Eric’s place is a 10!His communication was great from the booking. The place is very clean and well kept. The decor is tasteful and has many updates and the common space is comfortable. Most importantly, the beds, pillows and linens are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped to cook any and every meal. The location is perfect. You do need to walk about 500’ to the snowflake lift but can ski right to the condo via the 4 o'clock trail. There is an onsite (and offsite)hot tub but the 2 parking passes were really key. Once you park you don't need the car again until you leave. Main St is only 3 blocks down the hill. If this place is available, book it.

This condo is easy access to lift and ski back to condo at end of day. Fully equipped with everything you need! This is our second time staying in this condo and will be back again!

EASY! Short walk on a cleared sidewalk to snowflake lift. 150 yards? Maybe. The Ski In super easy and fun. Would recommend Radicato. For an amazing dinner. Short walk into down town. Maybe 5 minutes downhill. Eric was great! Condo comfy

Stayed with Family (Dad, Mom, 4 adult children ages 23-30). The condo was very attractive and clean. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Short walk to Snowflake lift. Loved skiing into the property at the end of the day and using the hot tub just outside the building. Owner was very responsive and made it very easy to check in/check out. Close to Main Street in downtown Breckenridge and enjoyed evenings there. Thanks for a great trip!

The property was clean, updated, well stocked, and the owner provided thorough instructions for anything a renter could need. The location was ideal. Close enough to walk downtown in minutes, but far enough up the hill to be quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, we had a great time! Eric was very responsive and communicated everything prior to our arrival so we knew what to expect. I was not aware when booking that this was a third floor unit, however he did note that when he sent a message about a week out. So might be something to include in the listing (or maybe I missed it originally). Lots of seating in the main living space for a big group, wish the bathrooms would have been a little more updated, but overall Great location for walking to town!

Very comfortable condo. Kitchen was very well-stocked with newer appliances and very nice cookware. Our favorite thing about the place was its location. Would be great during ski season but as we were there in the summer, the very short walk downtown was what we loved most. No need to drive and pay to park - it only took maybe 5 mins to walk to Main Street. Would rent again!

Enjoyed our one week stay for our family. Walking distance to town and hiking trails. Place was clean and well maintained. It is on the third floor so be ready to climb some stairs at elevation
