Stayed Oct 5, 2025The host were very accommodating with the check in process. When we arrived the patio had dog do do on it but the maintenance people came and cleaned it up. The screen door did not hang straight on the frame and there was a hug gap on top. When it rained last night, rain ran in the gap onto the floor. I also paid for a gated community and the gate was broke. We wanted the gated condo as we were 3 ladies traveling alone. With the homeless shelter 2 blocks away we didn’t feel safe.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025The apartment was very nice.. eclectic in fashion and decor. One bed a queen size was unusable as it was not comfortable in the least bit. That all other beds and rooms and linen and access to things was all more than I expected. The stairs are a killer.

Stayed May 7, 2025Awesome condo loaded with amenities and beautiful colors. Great location (a little road noise) and quick to get places. Everything was provided (three types of coffee makers) and the beds were comfy and the tv was easy to use. We needed a little help getting into the property and management was there in five minutes! Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 2, 2025Great space for our girls trip to Santa Fe. Best equipped kitchen I've seen in a short-term rental. Not only is the kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook at home, the host provided basics like coffee, sugar, soaps, paper towel and the like. The welcome book is a trove of information and recommendations. Recommend highly.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024The home is clean and well stocked - plenty of cooking utensils, plates, towels, etc. It was very comfortable and an easy drive to downtown. Communication with the host company was clear, helpful, and prompt and they were accommodating to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend 100%! A big thank you for making our Christmas stay so pleasant!

Stayed Oct 10, 2024The home was clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be that the beds werent the size the listing says they are. The beds were queen and full sized.l, not the king and queen that the listing stated they were. The gate can be finicky at times.

Stayed Sep 28, 2024This was a great unit that seemed central to everything we wanted to go to in Santa Fe - everything was a short walk or a 5 minute drive away. The hosts were proactive about checking in with us and sent very helpful information about the area. It was a fantastic trip!

Stayed Oct 6, 2024We were very pleased with the condo! It was exactly like the listing stated. The place is very clean, it had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. It’s in a location that is far enough away from the tourist area but close enough for a quick drive. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Sep 16, 2024The property was very comfortable for the 4 of us. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking our breakfast each morning. Even though it was a large complex, it was very quiet. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the morning and evening. Definitely would consider renting it again if I’m back in Santa Fe.

Stayed Jun 25, 2024Loved this place. Walking distance to restaurants and Meow Wolf, but quiet and safe. Very cozy and homey; welcomed us with a wonderful recipe book, chili chocolates, and fresh flowers. Nice book of recommendations. Communication with company was clear when we needed something. Highly recommend.

Stayed Apr 24, 2024Entry gate did not open consistently- resident swiped us in on several occasions. Management kindly came over with on Thursday night to help. The door security was also very inconsistent to both lock and unlock. Condo had poor lighting, smelled musty and several screens were damaged making opening windows unappealing. There was hair in the master bathtub

Stayed Apr 19, 2024This apartment was an excellent place to stay - lots of room, stocked kitchen, very clean, and we all loved the decor throughout. There were a handful of adults and two kids and the space fit us perfectly. We walked to a nearby brewery for dinner and also walked to Meowwolf which was a nice easy walk. The property is gated which made us feel secure. The communication from the owners was EXCEPTIONAL! We knew how to get in and out of the property and were treated so well throughout the trip. Thank you SO much for the welcome gift and through communication!
