Ski Condo with Great Lake Dillon Views

We are coming to this area for skiing in March for many years. Normally we plan our visit a long time in advance, but this time due to family circumstances it was just a few weeks in advance. Not to many choices to choose from, I decided on this one quickly and did not regret. We still had two weeks to cancel our trip in case something happens, but all was good and we fully enjoyed our two days of skiing at Keystone. Communication was good, the owner was nice to adjust the terms, checking in was easy, the condo was clean a well maintained. The only thing we were missing was a kettle to make tee in the evening, so we used a pot.

Great views of Lake Dillion and mountain ranges. Location was super convenient to Copper, A-Basin, town, restaurants, etc. Great communication with owner. Would have given 5 stars but needs updating: only 2 person table (we had 4 of us) which had blue duct tape on one of the chairs; didn't realize from photos that the only place to relax was couch - could use additional chair or loveseat; towels were stained - both bath and kitchen; rug in bath & entry looked stained; beds not comfortable, but matched images.

Prefect spot for a three day ski trip to A-BasinFrank was great to work with and his tips were much appreciated as we arrived late when out flight was delayed.Covered parking was a huge benefit as we had snow tow of three nights were were there.Thanks so much!

This condo in Dillon exceeded our expectations in many ways. The photos don't do justice to this modern, roomy, condo and it's spectacular views. The patio was large and great for grilling. It was well furnished and well stocked with expendable items. All appliances were modern. The construction is solid so very quiet. Communication with our host was extremely prompt and responsive. He expressed his desire to ensure our full satisfaction. A great value!

Really good location, and very convenient. Talked with the property owner before arriving - he was easy to get in touch with and very helpful. Would rent again for sure.

Nice property that is in a good location. But Hot tub was broken part of the time and didn’t stay that hot the rest of the time. Bus access to mountains is also harder than described. Toaster was also broken.

Nicely appointed 2 bedroom condominium with master suite upstairs. Centrally located in Dillon close to ski areas, Lake Dillon restaurants, and shops. Not cramped or too big. Two of us stayed there but 4 would be just as comfortable. All utilities worked as expected. The building is kept in nice condition. There is an outside hot tub by the elevator. Though we did not use it, we did see several groups there during the week. It seats at least 6. Parking is very convenient, indoors with 2 spaces. Check in was very easy as the owner has a lock Box containing the unit key on the door. The building has no noise issues and was very quiet. The owner, Frank, was easy to communicate with. We had no issues but feel confident he could have resolved them had there been any. Overall, great experience. Would definitely stay again if we re-visit Dillon

Dillon is a great central location to explore several of the mountains, with easy access to Denver as well as to Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail. The property was well kept and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We were pleased with the condo. It is in a great location with lots of room and light. The property manager was genuinely invested in our enjoyment of both the property and the time we spent in Dillon.
