Stayed Jan 1, 2024This townhouse is a wonderful place to stay. I loved the neighborhood and the neighbors. It was very quiet and safe. The property itself was very comfortable and Caroline, our contact person was great. Whenever I had a question, she got right back to me. This property has a large, fully stocked kitchen, which included spices and condiments I did not need to buy. The dining area allowed us to invite friends over for dinner. I loved the convenience of having a washer, drier, large refrigerator, microwave and full-sized stove in the home. The covered outdoor space had furniture and an excellent grill. There are two remolded bathrooms which made it convenient for friends from MN to visit. The day after we moved in, we booked this place again for next year. Loved it!

Stayed Jun 5, 2022The property was great, I was there on my own for the first half of the trip and then my family came out. the sleeping arrangements were just what we needed. The patio entrances provided my wife and I time for our coffee in the evening together. Closet was spacious in the master.The house had all the cooking utensils and pots and pans. fridge had plenty room as well. short walk to the pool and less the ¼ mile from a huge park. Had alot of major food choices within 10mins. Over great stay . Would recommend for super bowl next year.
