Located in Villas at Seagrove, Seagrove Beach. Enjoy a prime location with a 2-minute walk to Perfect Pig and easy access to the 30A bike path, Seagrove, Seaside, and Rosemary Beach.



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

• Parking for 2 Vehicles

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls

• NO STREET PARKING

• GAS POWERED GOLF CARTS ONLY when a cart is rented it will use one of your allotted parking spaces. No electric golf carts permitted.



House Rules:

• No parties or events

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement.

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

CANCELATION POLICY:

    The condo was very clean and the furnishings were all very comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evening. Will definitely stay here again.

    The condo was our favorite of all of our accommodations ever on 30a. It had EVERYTHING— a view, private beach, plenty of room, beach closet… the list is truly endless. We will stay here again!

    This property was absolutely stunning — it exceeded all our expectations! It's just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to The Perfect Pig restaurant. The beach closet was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need for a perfect beach day. Although we rented chairs and an umbrella, the ones provided came in handy for relaxing evenings by the shore. Enjoyed the pool area and appreciated the security of the electronic gates.

    We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, decorated nicely and had everything that we needed. The beach closet was a nice surprise with towels, coolers, toys, etc. Our only suggestion would be for hangers in the closets and hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels. The beach access was super convenient and a quick walk across the street. We would definitely rent again!

    Spent a week at Sixteen Sandals and it was amazing. The condo was clean and very well stocked. The extra beach towels, chairs, and umbrella was a nice surprise! The location was great as well as the proximity to the beach. Definitely will be back!
