Are you here to explore the outdoors Our building is located right on the TARTS bike trail. The 10.5 mile long Traverse Area Recreation Trail (TART) is a paved urban transportation and recreation trail. Don’t forget to make a pit stop at the Filling Station Microbrewery, right off the trail and less than one mile from the condo.

Our building also includes a large community area for additional space to relax, work, or enjoy your time with other guests staying in the building.

Parking

Parking is free but limited to two spots per booking. Due to limited space trailers, RVs, house trailers, recreational vehicles, campers, boats, boat trailers, snowmobiles or snowmobile trailers are prohibited.
