Simply the Best... Sunrise Beach!!!

LOVED EVERY MINUTE!!! Excellent location, excellent unit, no problems, communication with host was fast and easy!

The condo was clean. The wait for the elevators was not long. The parking registration is simple and we had no issue finding a place to park each night.

Loved this room! Deff nice and will book again! The Host was great with communication and love this trip! Will book again in Future! Thank you Sherri and Hal!

Some minor updates may be in order and only one set of elevators were functional which made high traffic times congested, but overall a nice place to stay. Some family fun and beautiful beach views are what we came for and this place suited all our needs for a great vacation. Would choose to stay here again in the future.

The view of the Gulf is 5 Stars. Condo was roomy and comfortable. Communication with the host 5 Stars. Towels, sofa and mattress need an update. Only 1 roll of paper towels and 2 tolls of toilet paper provided. Kitchen didn’t have any baggies, plastic wrap and foil.It would of been a nice courtesy to have pods provided so guests could do laundry. Only 1 pod provided so towels could be washed as part of the checkout.

The condo building and amenities were excellent. The location and view were perfect. The hosts were pleasant and responsive. The cleanliness of the unit was the only negative. It needs to be deep cleaned.

We love this unit, is hour second year staying at this unit and we loved it, definitely we are staying here next year.

Great space and location for a family. Balcony was spacious with a beautiful view. Enjoyed the pools and nearby restaurants. Could use a few minor updates like new bed sheets but overall we really enjoyed the condo.

The property was fine, do wish there was more shade available around the pool.Elevators were fast.

Condo was very clean and had all that we needed to accommodate our needs. Elevators were quick. Nice place, which created a nice, relaxing trip for us. Close to restaurants.

Communication was lacking with host for hours. Very dismissive. Sighting We all have personal issues and things come up but when it is a recurring theme from past reviews hard to believe this is the 1st time hearing my concerns. Condo was not clean. Dust all over table was not cleaned. Placemats had food on them. Trash behind the bed in master bedroom. Fabric softer sheets next to washer., crumbs all over end tables. No cleaning supplies only empty bottles left for us. Sheets looked dirty and old. Towels and washcloths were very old and only one for each person. Boogers on wall in bathroom. Half rolls of towel paper let in each bathroom, partial roll of paper towels left for us. Master bedroom bed was so uncomfortable and was hard to sleep in. The patio chairs were so uncomfortable and u could only sit in them for a few minutes each time.

Great location. Okay property. Not enough supplies/toilet paper for a 3 day stay. Couch was stained horribly. Inside doors squeaked every time open and closed.

Perfect location in PCB! Seen dolphins swimming in the ocean right from the balcany. Hal and Sheri are great to work with.
