Stayed Mar 1, 2025Most enjoyable stay. Quiet with very safe surroundings. Unit is tastefully decorated and supplied with anything you could possibly need. Close to bridge with access to Bullhead City and any shopping or restaurant choices. Of course if you enjoy gambling you have myriad choices. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Mary as a host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with

Stayed Nov 25, 2022Would most definitely stay in the condo again My husband and I felt at home as soon as we arrived Mary met us at the gate and made us feel very welcome couldn’t ask for better landlords The place was very clean and comfortable loved the openness Everything supplied even a washer/dryer which was important to us as we stayed for three months We felt very safe there as it is gated The hot tub was wonderful On top of everything the price was very reasonable Thanks Mary and Marty?

Stayed Aug 2, 2021This was a 3 month rental for my elderly parents who are new to the area while we searched and settled them into a new home. The condo was exactly as pictured. They went out of their way to manage special requests (ensure no trip hazards like an area rug, bath safety handles, desk for computer, etc). Very accommodating and communicative. I would highly reccommend!
