Location, pool out the patio door, clean beach, just steps out door to ocean. Great staff at check-in & out. Clean grounds

This place has an old Florida vibe. It was a great place to enjoy a weekend with friends. The condo had everything we needed and easy walk to the beach. We saw some beautiful sunsets.

Beach was clean and not busy with the pool close by. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and will definitely be going back next year. The landscaping was being redone during our stay from the hurricane damage, and we can’t wait see it finished!

It was great having 2 separate rooms with privacy, as well as 2 separate bathrooms. The scorned in lanai offered a nice place to hang dry clothes and swimsuits, they offer grills, and beach umbrellas, and sand toys. We had no competition for the beach! It was an amazing stay. Our only recommendation would be to have pack n plays or cribs available for Littles. Especially if you have an extended stay. Overall just can't say enough great things, very clean, well kept grounds and clean pool. Would recommend for sure, we will return! You want to choose a condo that faces the pool and ocean!

Absolutely love the heated pool, enclosed porch and access to the beach. The staff was great to work with and the unit was clean and had everything we needed.

They have umbrellas, some beach toys and chairs that are community use. Beach is steps away and not very crowded. Sand is perfectly soft and water crystal clear. Pool is nice. Grills available for use. And showers after the beach. Nothing was missing. Even a cute little put put golf area. We will definitely be back.

The room also was very nice, except for a couple of issues----the dishwasher should be cleaned out regularly (the filter was very dirty), and the filter on the furnace was also in need of a change. other then those 2 things the room was great! nicely furnished and very comfortable.Margaret, in the office was very friendly, helpful, and as usual went out of her way to assist us. when we are at Silver Sands we usually spend most of our time right there. But, we have been to many of the restaurants and enjoyed them all. We've also been to St Armands Circle (Columbias is a favorite!), and we also go to Bridge Street.We've been going to Long Boat Key at least once a year for over 30 years, and to Silver Sands for probably the last 20+. We have lived in Florida for the last 12 years, but still would never give up our trips to Silvers Sands.stay 5/ condition 5/ location 5/ cleanliness 5
