Stayed Aug 5, 2025The property is nice and clean. Some minor maintenance issues such as broken lamp in living room, lights in stairway didn’t work. Garbage was left in trashcan and dishes in dishwasher. The kitchen is well equipped and appliances looked new. When looking for the remote we noticed crumbs in the cushions. The 12 minute walk is more like a 20 minute walk especially for young children and seniors but the walk to the beach is lovely in a picturesque neighborhood with beautiful houses. The most annoying issue was we couldn’t get the second TV to work and the cable was confusing to navigate.
