Siesta Key Gulf Front Condo

Well maintained, clean, easy access to beach and town. Free shuttle transportation into town in front of condo big bonus!

Rooms were clean and Evan was very easy to work with

The location of the condo is great. It is across the street from the beach and about 1 1/2 miles into the Siesta Key village. I expected a very clean place. The bedding, towels, couches and MB carpet were disappointing. The sheets are not cotton. They were dingy and felt like they had not been washed and slept in for weeks along w/the comforter on the master bed. We did not use the 2nd bedroom so I cannot comment on that. One of the pillowcases had a blood stain which is totally unacceptable. Luckily, I brought my own pillows with pillowcases but I wished I had brought my own sheets. I had my own pillows b/c I was worried about getting uncomfortable pillows and getting neck aches. I also found one towel with what seemed like toothpaste on it and another towel that was dingy and not white. Whoever is managing this property for the owner is not doing their job of checking things like this. I expected clean, white, crispy cotton sheets. The furniture in the living room, balcony and carpeting need to be cleaned professionally. I did not enjoy sitting on dirty couches. The rest of the condo appeared clean and everything was working as it should. Because the beach/shoreline is so far from the condo, a cart would have been nice to put beach chairs, coolers etc. It was not! I inquired about renting one as the host told me to do; and it costs 69 to rent b/c it did not meet the minimum amount for a rental. We are seniors and it was hard for us going to the beach.

Perfect in every way. Location is convenient to beach and transportation. Unit is clean and well equipped. Evan is responsive and great to work with.

Outstanding communication from the property manager and very responsive to any issues. Great location and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay! Our view of the ocean was amazing. Proximity to beach was great and the kids loved the heated pool. Condo was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Sand toys, beach bag and chairs were a big plus since we flew in and couldn’t bring them along. Condo could use some more silverware for 6 people but did have plenty of plates, bowls, glasses etc. Would definitely stay again!

Evan was incredibly responsive and the condo, location and amenities were everything that was promised. Cannot recommend he and the condo highly enough!

Good place to stay

Perfect condo for us in Siesta keys beautiful view of beach from lanai and loved the decorating. Quiet location at the end and loved the heated pool. Would definitely return! Evan is quick to respond. Great location close to the village!

We loved your condo and had a great time in Siesta Key. Thank you! The only thing that was a bummer to us was that we didn’t realize there was a locker on our floor with beach items to use. We ended up renting them everyday. It was our fault for not reading it more thoroughly. But no complaint to you at all.

Wonderful stay, location and amenities were excellent. The plumbing/faucets need to be checked and fixed as there are some minor issues with kitchen sink and toilet but these were minor issues. We’ll be back again

We absolutely loved our stay here! This condominium is so well located, right across from the beach. The lanai gives you a perfect view. The property includes a heated pool. The condo is comfortable and clean. Evan is extremely easy to work with and responds promand

Great spot near the beach and super condo with easy access to downtown! Host was fantastic! Would stay again.

We were celebrating (2) milestone birthdays this year 70 & 50. We were looking for some place close to the beach, we found it. There were a couple of small hiccups but Evan responded super fast, not only provided recommendations but also fixed an issue with the ac. We were super happy, had a great time.
