Shorewood 207- 3 Bedroom Ocean Front

The condo is very outdated and has an odor. The furniture has stains as well as the carpet. Would not recommend staying here unless you are completely desperate.

The location is superb. The view is great. Loved the patio. The unit was clean and comfortable. The three bedrooms and bathrooms worked out well for our family. However, some of the villa is in need of renovation. The Master Bath looks brand new but the others looked old. Some of the paint and baseboard is worn. The mattress in the MBR was too soft and uncomfortable. I would stay again but I have seen other units in this building in better shape.

Had a great experience at the condo. Could use a little updating but clean and had everything we needed. Would still definitely stay there again.

This place was great, right on the beach, 3 bedrooms each with their own bath and options within walking distance for anything you need (restaurants, groceries, clothes or Souvenirs). We enjoyed everything about Hilton Head.

Carpet and living room furniture very dirty also patio very dirty. Kitchen stove burners half worked , washer had to be unplugged to stop it, probably a fire hazard. Blender not working properly. Patio only had three chairs for 7 people, could at least have stack stools or bench for people. Sorry for not so good review but the way it was check air vent by bar heavy with dust.

Needs bathrooms updated, furniture old and damaged, but functional. Paint for the entire unit desperately needed. Air conditioning for bedrooms 2&3 wasnt good, very stuffy.

Great place to stay!! Will return next year if the Lord is a willing!!!

We were not able to get the ice-maker to work, but Seashore Vacations sent us 2 bags of ice, which helped a lot! A beautiful view but needs some TLC! This condo is definitely in need of updates in the kitchen and bathrooms (bathrooms especially). There were holes in the ceiling and faucets that barely worked. The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work. Our trip was cut short due to tropical storm Debby and we left after 2 days. There was no kind of compensation even mentioned.

There were holes in the walls and ceilings. There wasn’t a lock ion the lanai door instead the door slid open when we were outside and a bar held it closed when we were inside

We have been visiting for years and usually stay at Ocean One, but may be hooked on Shorewood going forward. We chose unit 207 due to cost, but will most likely stay in another unit going forward. Main living area was open and spacious and can’t deny how nice the view was from the dining table and out on the balcony. The kitchen is small but functional. The bathrooms need a lot of attention though. Water marks and peeled paint on the ceiling, old gross vanities, possible mold on baseboards behind toilet and base of vanities. Would not have been a big deal if just outdated, but these were boarder line gross. The final issue was the patio door. It would not stay closed and slid open a couple inches as soon as you closed it. I did let the management company know so it could get fixed for the renters. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Shorewood. Just maybe not unit 207
