Nice to have your own parking place. Located close to everything.

The property would have been perfect if they would not have been doing construction. It was very loud so we could not enjoy the balcony.

Condo was very clean with updated furnishings. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner sounds like a (faraway) helicopter, but otherwise condo was very quiet. Couldn't hear pool music or neighbors! Extra cabinet/counter space in kitchen was great! Air flow causes shower curtain to blow into the shower in the bathroom, which is a bit uncomfortable, though livable. Pool is crowded this time of year (August) with lots of kids/families, but clean and well-maintained. Staff were always cleaning the common areas. Pool chairs are free and first-come, first-serve. Beach chairs are available for a cost - bring your own if you can! Owner provided enough supplies for a few days (shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, soap), with a Wal-Mart close by to purchase extras if needed. Area isn't super walkable (due to heat and traffic), so I'm glad we rented a car last-minute. Assigned parking steps away from the condo was a bonus, though the parking garage - both drives and spaces - is a bit cramped. Communication with owner was clear and responsive. I doubt I'll come back to PCB (the area has very touristy vibe), but if I did, I'd stay here again! Boondocks Restaurant and Hunt's Oyster & Seafood Bar were very pleasant surprises and I'd highly recommend both!

Overall had a nice time at the condo with good communication from the host, although there were some black spots on the ceiling that we didn’t love and all of the doors to the condos slam shut. We wouldn’t have cared as much if it didn’t wake us up throughout the night.

Everything was great. The room, staff and pool area. Only drawback was the parking garage and the elevators.

Beautiful place.

Reservation: I went through Expedia and made reservation. Expedia transferred reservation to VRBO who sent it to Emerald Coast. Was confusing with all these entities sending emails. Emerald Coast Realty did great job with billing statement. It listed each charge and payment schedule. Next check-in. Never in 67 years was my check-in experience so easy. A few days before arrival I received all arrival instructions. On arrival, our host texted the door code. We parked on the same floor as the condo. Condo was smaller than photo implied, but clean. Later it was apparent from the black soles on our feet that condo was not as clean as we thought. Also housekeeping didn’t clean behind or under things. Shower rod was grossly rusted. Shower curtain liner was very moldy. Linens were clean but worn. Arrival instructions told us what items, including towels, would be available and there was nothing extra. Condo was nicely furnished with sufficient storage for most everything we brought. Pool rules - chairs can't be reserved, towels placed on chairs will be removed. By 10 AM all chairs have towels on them, people don’t ever sit. nothing is done. Beach was shoulder to shoulder. No life guard. Property description indicates on-site dining. Only 1 snack bar, frozen pizza and ice cream, donuts. If you want to eat dinner, you have to leave the property. The worst thing was lack of elevators. The building has 23 floors, 30 condos per floor. Only 4 elevators. 15-30 to get anywhere.

We have stayed here 3 years now when we come for the National Homeschool Football tournament. The condo is perfect for the two of us. Everything is clean. I would recommend 906 Shores of Panama to anyone. The contact for the property is efficient and friendly. A faucet was trying to leak, and she had it taken care of within a couple of hours. I would stay here again if we were in the area.

I would definitely recommend this place to stay! Perfect room for a couple and very clean. The room had everything we needed!

Beautifully decorated and clean condo with amazing ocean views. The resort pool was amazing and just steps away from the sand. Great place to stay.

My stay at the Shores of Panama was a fantastic experience. Everyone was very welcoming and my Coordinator, Farah, was excellent!

Really nice place to stay will nice views of the beach. Would stay here next time we travel to Panama City Beach. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

The apartment is comfortable and just right for 2 adults. We have stayed there the last two years when we come to the National Homeschool Football Tournament to watch the Tomball Christian Warriors win national championships. Plenty of space. Clean. Plenty of dishes, pans, etc. Enough closet space and drawer space for the two of us.

Loved the room and beach! The only compliant we had was how cold the pool was! But definitely no fault of the condo owner.

Small but comfortable—and a great view. All you need for a few days if you plan to spend most of your time on the beach or out and about.

Overall a great location. Resort is ran down but the unit has been recently updated. Great water pressure. Nice mattress.
