Stayed Jun 26, 2026The room was clean and nice but what made are stay unpleasant was the AC didn’t work at all during are stay, we ended up checking in another hotel the last night, elevators and parking was a joke. Waiting over 20 minutes for an elevators to open only to be overcrowded and hot and we did have a parking spot but it was so tight for are truck, so make sure the car is small.

Stayed Jun 17, 2026When we first arrived, my kids noticed that there was dirt and sand on the bunk beds. They didnt come back to clean they just left new sheets in the room. Then one of the toilets wasn't working and someone was supposed to call back about getting it fixed, but never received a phone call which thankfully the toilet starting working the second day. Then we had a guy show up to fix the dryer that we didnt know wasn't working. No one ever let us know someone was coming out for it either.
