Shoreline Towers 1036 - Remodeled Private Beach Front Condo in Destin - 3BR

The condo was clean and had enough good towels. But the bedrooms were not cool enough at night. The kitchen and living room were cool but the bedrooms seemed very hot. We could feel the difference between when we walked from the living room down the hallway.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It was perfect for our group of four adults and one child. The space was incredibly generous—everyone had their own bed, and not small ones either. With four queen beds and a king, everyone slept comfortably with room to spare.The community itself was so peaceful and relaxing. We split our time between the amazing heated pool and the beach, which is just steps away. The property felt very secure, which we really appreciated. The location was also fantastic—close to great restaurants and plenty of entertainment options.The hosts, Andrei and Corina, were wonderfully responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. From bottled water to beach towels, a boogie board, and even a washer and dryer, they truly thought of everything.We had an amazing time and would happily stay here again.

What a clean and lovely stay. Did a girls trip and it was an easy accommodations. I text when I left but we didn’t get a reply so I hope they know when we left!

Beautiful, clean condo and very close to the beach

We had a fantastic stay—the condo was beautiful, with incredibly easy access to the beach and just minutes from the boardwalk attractions. Our family had an amazing time, with plenty of room for personal downtime when needed. The place was spotless, which is especially impressive with all that sand. Thank you so much to the host for providing such a wonderful space. We would highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay again if we make it back to Destin.

The condo was beautiful, had a lot of space. Loved that it was only on the 3rd floor. Very clean. I would definitely rent again.

Everything was great. The only thing is that the towels smelled like they could be washed.

It was the perfect getaway minus the tennis and basketball court being under construction while we were there. We are a very athletic family and were sad they were unusable. However a local resident told us about a park up the street where all of that was offered and we went on up there and had a great time. Very nice apartment, heated pool was phenomenal

We celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary with our family. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The condo is beautiful, clean and well stocked. Beach is so beautiful and an easy three minute walk. Host was very nice and accommodating!

Had a wonderful time here! The only thing was when we went to use the sofa beds they had crumbs on the mattress.

Perfect location! The home was very clean and plenty room for our adult family get away. Beach access was very close. The only issue we had was the back AC unit was not cooling properly. The property owner was notified. Would definitely return!

This property is not ‘on the beach’ and does not have a balcony.. it does not have space where a beach/ ocean front balcony would have been.. there is a slight view of the beach through one bedroom window.

Beautiful condo!!!

Close to the beach was good. It could have been cleaner, but it was acceptable. The sheets in our room, both queen beds, must have been for deep mattresses, they kept bunching up, not fitted at all. The host responded to my texts quickly prior to arriving. Once there, i mentioned we were early and could we get in early. He was going to contact the cleaning crew, but said we could use the pool. I said to please let us know after he contacted the cleaning crew when we could get in. I did not hear back. Overall, the 6 of us enjoyed the place.

The access to the beach and the safety of the community was amazing. We will definitely be back!!

We stayed for 4 days and didn’t want to leave. The beach is your backyard. Its comfortable and clean. Plan on booking again in the future.

This is a beautiful property conveniently located to everything we wanted to do.

Close to everything! Condo was very clean and had everything we needed!

We were expecting gulf side, balcony, clean, close to the water, swimming pool at the condo, happy to spend 2 weeks there! It was not! Talked to owner. Gave us tower 2 12th floor. Tiny balcony,dirty under beds, no grab bars, tiny view of water, dirty rugs swimming pool far from our building. I CAN'T SEE WHAT I'M WRITING! NOT HAPPY WITH OUR CONDO! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!HAPPY WITH OUR 2 WEEKS

The only improvement I could suggest is the TV options in terms of local, ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX are too difficult to connect to or find.Perhaps some instructons might help?

This is everything you want spacious perfect location in Destin!! 10/10 if ocean was seen from living room it be perfection!! Great people rent this unit!! Amazing service

Had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as described and pictured in the photos. Would 100% book again if heading back to the area.

Easy check in process, property manager Andrei very nice unit modern and clean, steps away from the beautiful beach. I will definitely bring my family back.
