Shoreline Sanctuary- Completely Remodeled Waterfront Stay- Walkable to Beach!

There is a great deal of traffic and noise from the bridge and road across from the condo/canal but the views make up for it. Condo was very nice, beautifully decorated and had everything you need for a vacation. Beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach was short once you got out of the complex and the condo had excellent items for beach fun. Great wagon for loading gear as well as good beach chairs. Property was very clean and well maintained. Sue was great to work with and very helpful with any questions renter may have. We took the boat ride to shell island from John's Pass and it was a wonderful 3 hour excursion. The information book for the condo and surrounding areas was plentiful and full of very useful information. Looked like lots of hard work went into that book! A fan on the screened in porch would be nice. Not sure this place would be good for young children ONLY because the condo is filled with beautiful, breakable decorations! We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when at Madeira Beach.

We truly had a terrible experience. Unknown to us, the facilities are for older individuals, and the guest and staff are not welcoming to children or families. The whole facility was under constant video surveillance, and daily the staff felt to need to tell us everything the kids were doing wrong. Ex. Jumping in the pool and wearing flotation devices. Staff was very rude. The unit we stayed in was great size and cleanliness was okay, however the floors were a mess when we arrived and we found one (1) live cockroach. Be careful with the glass shower doors, the bathrooms are small and you must get out of the room to open the shower door. We didn’t know this and a member of my party cut his foot, requiring a visit to the Emergency Room. Will not stay again and would not recommend to anyone else.

Property description was as advertised. Perfect and comfortable for our family of 5. Easy walk to Madeira Beach and other beaches were close by with easy drive. Two property pools were great for relaxing when not at the beach. Work out rooms were a nice plus. Many nice grocery stores and eating establishments close to the property. Property was well maintained and secure. Only suggestions would be to 1) add a larger frying pan or two, to the kitchen and 2) have the option of memory foam bed toppers for those of us that prefer a less firm mattress. Overall, our stay was comfortable and we would stay at this property again without hesitation.

We had no expectations about the condo, but when entered, we were just blown away. The condo is absolutely amazing and very spacious. We were 5 persons and we had enough room for everyone. The property's condition was great. Couldn't ask for a better stay at Madeira. The location is absolutely fantastic and well located. Close to the beach and food store. We can recommend this condo to our family and friends 100%.

Communication was great, the property was well stocked and in very good condition, the location was ideal, and the price was fair. It was so nice to have access to the wagon and chairs for our walk to the beach. We loved having great restaurants and the grocery store nearby too. We will definitely look at a Long Key Vacation Rental again!

Absolutely loved the set up. The grounds were well manicured and beautiful The location was great. Our unit was right on the water and the view from our porch was great. The owners have every little detail covered. Would highly recommend.
