Shorebirds 132 Top Floor! All New! Oceanfront w/180° Views - Immaculate/Private!

Everything about this condo was perfect!

A very peaceful stay at a truly exceptional property - even better than it looks in the photos. Being at the front of one of the Shorebirds buildings, there are private, unobstructed oceanfront views from both the bedroom and the living room, and 180 views along the beach from the deck.Nicole has equipped the property very thoughtfully with absolutely everything needed for a very comfortable stay, made all the better by falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves.

This unit is unparalleled in several important ways. Nicole is an “above and beyond” host. She offered an early check-in that maximized our one night stay. She offers extra touches that add to the experience-Godiva chocolates, sparkling water in the fridge, and she even offered to run over to adjust something for us that was a preference-not a problem. The view is unparalleled. Unobstructed, easy access to the beach, the sound of the ocean is ever present. The unit was spotless, had all the basics we needed to make a great meal, and the in and out was seamless. Great spot, a great unit and great host. Everything we look for in a top quality VRBO.

The unit lived up to the description, pictures, and our expectations. The location to the beach was ideal. Sitting and eating on the deck was pleasant and relaxing. A wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful 180 degree view! Sunsets worthy of your screen saver. Everything was clean and new after remodel. Enjoyed 90 degrees on the beach-we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Generous and accommodating host. We’ll be back for sure!

We stayed in this lovely condo for 3 nights. Both my husband and I are kind of neat freaks/germaphobes and usually won't walk barefoot in hotels/condos....but we did! This condo was soooo neat and clean. We opened the door to a bright airy condo in perfect condition with the sounds of the ocean as white noise in the background. The host, Nicole text me throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. The electricity went out and she checked on us, thankfully we were just getting ready to leave for the day so it didn't effect us at all. Everything in the condo worked well, the view was incredible, our stay was amazing and we were sad to leave. We will most definitely stay here again! Thank you Nicole!

The condo was everything we could have wanted. Beautifully updated, all furniture comfortable including the bed, modern kitchen, updated bathroom,everything functioning well. The best part was the view of the ocean with the big picture windows. We were lucky to have sunshine for our 4 days there and the view just can't be beat. It was easy to contact Nicole with a couple of small questions. The condo is just like the pictures show. There is a binder with restaurant recommendations. Lots to do in the area. We had a perfect stay. Thank you so much.

Shorebirds 132 is a fabulous unit with a stupendous, panoramic ocean view. We’ve stayed at Pajaro Dunes before but this one outshines all past visits. Inside, the furnishings are fresh, clean, and very attractive. The gorgeous kitchen had everything we required to prepare most all our meals there - more time to soak up the view.As for our host, Nicole was very helpful and responsive when we texted with a few questions.Note: the third floor requires going up one flight of stairs, so there’s more effort to move your things in and out, but it was worth it for us.

The Condo was spotless and tastefully decorated. A lot of thought went into making you feel comfy and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped, and made preparing meals easy. The view from this 3rd floor unit was spectacular. Loved the convenience of the beach access, just steps away. The complex grounds are kept neat and clean. It was a perfect holiday getaway.
