This condo is in the heart of Blue Ridge. You can walk to everything. It’s incredibly clean and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable spot to land throughout the day.

Right in the heart of downtown Blue Ridge. Walkable to everything! Enjoyed the evenings, sitting out on the balcony! Can’t wait to return!

This was the perfect stay for a long weekend in Blue Ridge. The condo itself is lovely, clean and well appointed. The building is quiet. The balcony is a nice touch — a fun spot to watch the train depart or return. On-site parking is a breeze. And the location simply cannot be beat. All of downtown is within a 10-minute walk. Ann is the consummate host, checking in to make sure my arrival was smooth and that I had everything I needed (I did!). Should I find myself in Blue Ridge again, this will be my first stop when checking for lodging. You should make it yours too.

This condo is so very clean and comfortable! It is fully stocked with everything you need. It is also very spacious. Everything looks so new. It's really a perfect place to stay when you're visiting Blue Ridge. We also loved how it was right in the town and right across the street from the railway. We could walk to restaurants and shops. It is the perfect location.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Located in the heart of downtown Blue Ridge it’s within easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable, and has all the amenities you would need. The reserved, covered parking is a huge plus.The host was most helpful and accommodating with a special request, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely make a return visit!

This condo was absolutely perfect in every way for us. The the amenities were fantastic, and of course, Ann‘s hospitality was beyond what we’re used to when we stay at VRBOs. Our hostess and was very helpful and informing us about things around the area that were places that we had not gone before we enjoyed that great deal. There’s never a bad stay in Blue Ridge, Georgia.

We really enjoyed our 4th of July long weekend in Blue Ridge. This property is in a perfect location. Walking distance to just about everything and the property itself is beautifully decorated and was so clean. It had everything we needed. Ann, the owner, was so helpful and had great recommendations. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed the property and location. We could walk to all of the restaurants we had booked to dine at. The unit is on 4th floor in an outside corner. Very quiet on the interior. We heard no one at night. There is the usual noises associated with the AC. kitchen will stocked with pots a pans. All in good shape. We are encouraged to stay there again. If you like trains; the unit looks down on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. Host is very communicative.

This is probably one of the best places to stay in downtown, Blue Ridge Ga. The condo is wonderful, it’s spacious and clean and decorated for comfort and luxury. We have stayed at a lot of places and this one is an upscale rental for sure. The view from the balcony is wonderful and when inside you don’t hear a thing. You can watch all the activity in the town, the train load and unload, and folks walking their pets and interacting. Everything is within walking distance. Then a short drive and you are at the towns of McCaysville, Georgia and Copperhill, Tennessee. That’s a wonderful daytrip within minutes of downtown. We did not take the train as we did not want to be locked into the schedule and were able to take our time and see everything and have a relaxed wonderful meal. The owner is extremely nice and provide information about where to eat and what not to miss. We did not have a single issue with the condo on our visit. If we return to Blue Ridge, we will absolutely rent this property again. ,

We were in BlueRidge to attend a family wedding and stayed three nights in this lovely condo. Exceptional only begins to describe this comfortable, well equipped, clean condo in a great location.

My wife and I went for a quick anniversary getaway and this place was perfect. The location is convenient and walkable to everything. The host is so good at communicating and suggesting places. She truly went above and beyond. The place itself is beautiful and the bed was awesome and at my age that's what counts.

Let me start by saying we are very regular travelers and have had a lot of great experiences with VRBO hosts, that being said; this stay in Blue Ridge, has been the most exceptional thus far. The condo is perfectly located in the heart of the town, with a stunning balcony overlooking the historic railroad. The condo is beyond compare, luxuriously furnished with every thought applied to attention to detail and nothing missing to make your stay perfect. The building and condo are safe, secure and immaculately clean. However, head and shoulders, the best thing is the respectful attention of the host, Ann, great responsiveness and so many great local recommendations-thank you Ann! We will for sure be back. X

Ann was the most wonderful host! She replied to every text quickly. Her place was beautiful with no detail overlooked. I was impressed with the toilet lighting up in the middle of the night and the BIDET! That was a first seeing at a rental property. It is close to everything. We walked 4 miles both days just wandering all the shops. Our first visit to Blue Ridge but it won’t be our last.

We stayed for my birthday weekend and had a wonderful time! Starting with the reservation, the owner was available for all my questions..and I had a lot! She always got back to me quickly..usually in less than 30 minutes. Check in is so easy, and then there is the condo! The location is perfect..you can walk all over town easily. The condo is charming...decorated so nicely and everything you could possibly need is provided. The bed in the master is comfortable and the bathroom is large with a huge shower. We didn’t need the second bedroom but it was nice and the second bathroom also very nice. We sat on the deck and watched the train come and go and it was so relaxing. The condo is within walking distance to several good restaurants including one of the best steakhouses we have ever enjoyed! We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this was one of the nicest ever. You won't be disappointed!

Ann’s condo is perfect . So quaint and cozy . Beautifully decorated . A great place to spend Thanksgiving. The kitchen was fully stocked so I was able to prepare the meal there for my hubby and two kids . I will definitely rent again ! Perfect location for shopping too on Main St.

We stayed here at the start of the holiday season. The host was super helpful and responsive from the time I booked the condo months before. The condo itself is gorgeous, immaculate, and with lots of thoughtful extras (plenty of towels and toilet paper!). The location is right downtown, in the middle of everything. Look no further! This is the perfect place, in the perfect location to see the North Georgia mountains! The condo is in a beautiful building and the unit itself is excellently appointed. It’s like staying in a Lucy hotel but more like home.

Everything was a 10, but above that was the owner. Ann answered all our questions really fast. She even texted to ask how we were doing!! My sister and I were there to visit family, and we have never been treated so well. We would love to come back. We felt like we were in a friend's home, and we both said we didn't want to leave. This condo is only 4 years old, but it looked like we were the first ones to stay there. It was so clean and tastefully decorated.
