Stayed Jun 17, 2026Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was just what we needed in. The price was great. Unfortunately, the beach was tight with the high tide. It was also hard to deal with the beach chairs and other items since there was no place to really put them except in the condo. Still it was a very nice place and the pool was great.

Stayed Mar 8, 2026Very nice unit. Unobstructed view of beach. Very clean, comfortable beds, adequatey stocked. Only suggestion: need a soap dish in the bathrooms.

Stayed May 21, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is nice but a little dated with some maintenance issues, like doors peeling and rusting. Some things I noted while staying: Coffee pot had a small hole in the bottom, and molded coffee grounds left in it, mold covering shower head in master bedroom, washing machine full of mold and mildew, did not receive pool fobs with welcome packet and had to call to get them, unable to connect to internet. When I could get ahold of someone, they were efficient to respond (Internet, coffee pot, pool fobs). I found dirty clothes between the bed and night stand. Also, I have never stayed at a beach side condo that didn't provide beach towels for the guests. I cleaned all the mold with bleach myself and after that, the condo was comfortable. I probably would not stay here again.

Condo was in beautiful condition with everything a couple or family would want. Island Realty made check-in and out a breeze. Wonderful time and would book with IR again.
