Stayed Apr 12, 2026Such a nicely furnished unit! Loved all the little touches to make it feel like home. Appreciated the well-appointed kitchen - it had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony - how relaxing in the morning and evening! I loved the fact that it was an end unit, close to the pool and the walking path to the ocean. We did not use the grills, but other guests were grilling and picnicking. Such a nice, laid-back atmosphere. Loved every minute.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025Great for a short trip! We mainly spent most of our time at beach, pool, or eating out. I would suggest bringing a beach wagon for going to beach. It is a bit of a walk when carrying a bunch of stuff. I was thankful to see a device near us providing chairs and umbrellas to rent. Money well spent. The only downfall was if your neighbors are noisy- you will hear it! Other than that- everything was great!

Stayed Jul 6, 2025This condo was beautifully decorated, located close to everything and the short walk on the property to the beach was so nice. The pool was crystal clear and overall it was such a great place to stay. Plenty of linens and fully stocked kitchen. We will be back!!

Stayed Jun 7, 2025The condo itself was wonderful, as described. The walk to the beach is about 5-6 min. If it rains, the path gets very wet and 2 days has to go completely around. Thin walls between our floor and 3rd floor or the tenants extra noisy. But still enjoyed our stay. Would recommend. Love the new exterior paint.

Stayed May 30, 2025Location to beach, village and restaurants was excellent. Our unit gave us an ocean and woods view and we enjoyed the porch with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Would rent again if ever back on St Simons.
