Shell We Dance is a super cute 1/1, (king bed in master, hallway twin sleeping nook, plus sleeper sofa) Condo with Beach and Lagoon Views, and a cool, coastal vibe! Get the best of both ends of the island at this amazing beachfront condo located at Maravilla Resort! Must be 23 to book and must occupy the property the entire stay. Please note, Furry Friends not allowed at this one.

Beautiful updates throughout, including tile floors, a large kitchen island, ship-lap walls, balcony update, and more. This stunning 1/1 condo has a coastal flair with a bright airy feel. Featuring one private bedroom with a plush, king size bed. There is a cute, built-in twin bed off the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Enjoy the peaceful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living and dining areas.

This community features great on-site amenities. Not only will you have the beach directly across from you, this bright and breezy unit provides many great amenities, such as free pool/hot tub access, charcoal BBQ grills, cabanas, and fitness center, to name a few. Laundry facilities are conveniently provided on each floor and just across the hall from this unit.

Please note that when you arrive, you must check in at the front office at Maravilla Resort Condominiums to get a wrist band for everyone in your party and your parking permit(s). You will pay Maravilla directly by credit card only, $10/per day/per vehicle (2 vehicle maximum) for parking. If you have any questions regarding parking or wrist bands, please call Maravilla Resort Community.

Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

    Hosts are great, the actual unit is pretty decent. However it’s very small, for example the space between one side of the bed and the wall is very tight, and it’s made worse by some decoration oars sticking out a few inches into that space. If the bed could be slip sideways 4 or 5 inches, that would help, but it’s built in. The couch is very uncomfortable, not sure why, it looks nice enough. On to the building it self, it was badly damaged during the last hurricane/storm, therefore lots of construction going on, and so several things are not working or unavailable such as elevators. The makeshift office is now inside a regular unit, at which you will get a surprise charge of 78 to park for a week, yes, that one ticked me off. The units are independently owned and managed by several different companies which causes some issues. They are also still fighting which the insurance company to cover the hurricane damage. Not sure what’s going on with that, but several buildings nearby look fully repaired. They have sprayed cement on the steel beams holding up the entire building, but in my opinion as a retired engineer, it’s adding lipstick to a pig, and this pig is rusting badly, and at some point it will need major repairs or just torn down. The rear units which were built much later are not rusted as badly. In short, it’s ok to rent, but I would not even consider buying for more than a few year’s net rent income, because it’s days are numbered, probably the insurance fight.

    The property was clean and we really did enjoy the pool/hot tub. Great location to walk to the beach as well! Definitely will stay again
