Stayed Mar 8, 2025There was a strong smell of fish that would not go away in the unit even with the air fresheners I purchased and the doors opened. Not sure where it was coming from. Otherwise it was a great place.

Stayed Apr 16, 2024The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Neighbors were so kind. Pool was big and nice and beach access was beautiful. Elevator is hit or miss but it was only one flight of stairs. Beds were comfortable and we lived out on the balcony. It was very peaceful.

Stayed Apr 1, 2022Located right on the beach! Tennis court was in great shape. Pool and hot tub very clean. Unit itself was very nicely decorated and spacious. And plenty of beach towels and beach toys were provided. Location on the Island was perfect. Easy bike ride to Anna Maria and other locations on the Island.

Stayed Nov 24, 2021We rented this apartment for 14 days. The location right on Holmes Beach which has the most amazing white sand. The pool was properly heated and great to go straight in unlike many places where the pool is too cold to use. The hot tub was toasty. Property managers Suzanne and Tom were great when we needed some help. All in all a great apartment in a very nice friendly complex.
