Smells great as soon as you walk in, stocked with everything you could have forgotten back at home. Equipped with bbq equipment including seasonings. Very thoughtful host and easy to check out- just gotta start the washer for towels and that's it.

Communication was excellent. Very impressed with cleanliness and how so many things were provided. Loved the location to beaches and shops. Our host checked on us at least once a week. Highly recommend this condo. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome. Unit was very clean and well furnished. Lots of towels for the pool and pickleball court right outside. Enjoyed the games they provided.

We stayed at this location for a week and we absolutely loved it. The host is great and her facility was excellent and well maintained. Very easy to access and everything that you need is nearby. Overall excellent stay!

We stayed 5 nights at this condo. Sandra is the best host! She provided a detailed list of items provided in the condo in advance. The condo was super clean and modern. The beds are super comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows, blankets. The complex has a huge pool and pickle ball court which we used each night. The location is perfect close to beaches, we visited St Pete’s, Clearwater, and Anna Maria Island. We will definitely be back to this place, it is perfect in every way!

This condo is on the bottom floor. This was nice for loading and unloading.Close to the beach tourist sites.

This unit is modern, clean and had everything you could need, including beach umbrella, chairs, cooler and toys for children. It’s a short drive to the beach or a short walk to the pool. The host was very friendly and responsive to our needs. We really enjoyed staying in this unit.

It was in a great location close to beaches and restaurants and shops. There was a pool, gym and grill very close on the property to this condo. I also loved that beach towels, floaties, sand toys, cooler and beach chairs were provided as we went to the beach daily. Great stay. Would highly recommend.

Sandra was a great host! She was very available and quick with responses. The property was contemporary and very clean. She even left a welcome gift when we arrived! The beach and waterfront restaurants were about a 7 minute drive, so great location! The neighborhood was quiet and gate secured. As a family of 5 (with a Yorkie) the space was comfortable. We would definitely recommend this VRBO!

We LOVED this condo and the apartment. It truly felt like home while we were there. The Host thought of every product and amenity you would need so you truly just need to bring your bathing suit and tooth brush. The unit sheek and glam is a few seconds walk to the pool and grill area. Pool was so clean and didn’t have an over powering chemical smell and has lights at night. The gym was also well maintained and both pool and gym are open late which was so convenient. The condo is furnished with families in mind with lots of books and games. I also loved all the natural light the apt gets. The location is close to shopping and restaurants as well as within walking distance to a great walk and bike trail that takes you to a playground that my kids loved. Sandra was the BEST host and is even helping us mail back some items we forgot. She goes above and beyond!! Thank you for everything!

Very clean spacious and nice it was all amazing and our host was amazing very responsive and helpful definitely recommend.

Everything except the TV was great. The TV was a problem understanding how to get channels. I would suggest the host prepare instructions to use the remote.

First floor unit with comfortable & modern furnishings. Beautiful walk in shower and tile floor. Sofa very comfortable and kitchen set up perfect. Lucky for us we had handicap placard so we had access to parking without any issues.
