It was wonderful to disconnect and just enjoy family time at beach and pool!

We had a really nice time at Little Gasparilla Island. Christine’s place was very nice, clean & up to date. The beach was absolutely beautiful! We were a bit surprised of the condition of the community itself…due to hurricane damage from three years ago. I think a golf cart probably should have been provided by the owner just for getting around the community itself. We did way more walking than we thought we would have to do. It is quite a long walk from the ferry boat to the condo & a bit of a walk from the condo to the beach. If you don’t mind walking a lot, again…the condo was very nice & the beach was gorgeous and not crowded at all. I would highly recommend not paying 600 to rent a golf cart for the week from one of the golf cart rental places. One of the owners at this community told us that you won’t be able to even explore the island in a golf cart because of all the damage on the island. Make sure you have everything you need once you get on the ferry boat to go over to the island because there are no stores on the island. Overall, it was a new experience staying on an island, bit we did enjoy it. Thank you Christine for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo.

Overall this was an amazing stay! My husband, 3 kids (8,10,12) and myself had such a wonderful time. This is clearly a community still in recovery after the hurricanes. The place however was just as pictured. The shuttle process went well to get to the island and the captains were all so friendly. The Hideaway property is still under quite a bit of construction but our specific place was finished. It was clean and everything was perfectly described in the listing. The beds were very comfortable (I am super picky) and the location was unbeatable. The ocean was so beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for better weather or shelling! Christine had everything we would need for the beach from chairs to boogie boards and sand toys. She was also an excellent communicator. The kids all had a blast. We definitely want to come back again! However I will pack less clothes and more sunscreen;) Also get the pizza delivery! It was such a treat! Thank you for everything!

We appreciated the screened lanai and the bonus space with hammock and chairs under the condo. (The variety of spaces was helpful with combining work, kids, vacation.) The pool was wonderfully warm, and finding numerous shark teeth on the beach a treat. Christine relayed helpful answers to questions including information on mainland grocery and kayak rental. Ferry/skiff captains were friendly as well.

The property was clean and Christine the owner was quick with responding to any questions. The beach was really nice! Not crowded. I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed this super cute beach house! There are plenty of supplies for the beach and the house is clean and spacious. Christine is fast to answer any questions. Pack light and enjoyed some pizza from One-Eyed Willie’s!

Everything went very smooth from beginning till end. We loved it…….

What a wonderful hidden jem. The ferry access made the beautiful beach and island very intimate. Had a wonderful time from beginning to end.
