Great place to stay in Key West! Good communication, very clean property. Pool is awesome and it is right next to Smathers beach.

Excellent location to get to anywhere by car, usually within 7 min . Parking in town is easy to find free places or pay to park which is relatively cheap. Free bus will take you all around old town. Fantastic facility which includes a pool, gym, and library. Nice nature trail next door. Right by a piece of the waterfront

Lovely condo with everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive and eager to make our stay comfortable.

Great view and located right next to the nature reserve. The condo was spacious, clean and everything was in working condition. Location was great, beautiful public beach just around the corner. Highly recommend Key West as a vacation destination.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shang-ri-la. The pictures we saw when choosing where to stay actually matched the property when we got there. The condo was spacious, clean, beautiful views, and well equipped with anything we needed. The pool was fantastic, although it had a lot of rules to follow. There was some construction going on around the property, however the property management company contacted us well in advance to let us know about it. The check-in process was as smooth as could be. Rosa met us at the property, showed us around, and even left us a key lime pie in the fridge. Best part was we were able to check in early as the property was already ready for us. The location was a little further from where we spent most of our time, but we knew that would be the case. All in all, we would stay here again and we would also look into other properties that Last Key managed as they were extremely easy to work with.

This place was clean comfortable and roomy. We made use of the full supplied kitchen and enjoyed the key lime pie that was left for us.

Very nice quite place To stay in key west. The unit itself was very nice with a view of the beach. Our side was nestled beside a habitat so it was very quiet and we were visited by a couple of doves everyday. It had anything you would need and Brian was sweet enough to leave a Key Lime Pie in the fridge.

The condo unit was roomy, clean, well-appointed, and well decorated. We couldn't have asked for more.The grounds were beautiful and very well-kept. The plant life was so beautiful. The pool is amazing (so big!), and the area was resort-like. The library and gym room were also outstanding.We couldn't possibly say enough about the staff and how well taken care of things everything was. They were there when we needed them, made great suggestions for restaurants, and checked in via text message to see if there was anything we needed. They even left a key lime pie in the freezer for us!!!All in all, we would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. We were four adults over 60 and were in need of a relaxing vacation. We had a golf cart to get around, not sure it was really needed because you have to pay to park (which would be about as much as an Uber), but it certainly came with an added fun factor.

This property was perfect for our family. It is close to everything. It was very well appointed. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great place I would reserve it again. A couple of suggestions:1. Screens for the patio doors might be a good idea.2. Application should give more information about requesting late check out.

A personal concierge, quiet condominium complex, pool that overlooks the ocean with no road in between so it was perfection. Location was perfect and the condo was very clean. All accommodations were listed and you could want for nothing. Already planning on going back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was updated and very clean. Property manager was available at a moments notice. The balcony gave us a gorgeous view of the water and sunset. All in all a lovely 3 nights in Key West.

Had a great 3 nights at Shangri-la. It was over New Years and being away from Duvall St (but close enough to go to dinner) worked out great. The unit is perfect, very well put together and Brian at Last Key was great to work with.

The property is currently being renovated and that is apparent throughout the building, but the room was nice and had everything we needed.

Comfortable spacious unit with all the needed amenities. Located out of the hubbub of Duval but only a 15 minute bike ride away from the action. Host was attentive and helpful. Made process easy. Great pool but limited exercise facilities. We’d stay here again.

This was the perfect place for a retreat to Key West with little kids. We loved the pool with a little sandy beach alongside!

The condo is a nice size for four adults and is right on the beach. The pool, hot tub and game area is great. We had a nice view of the ocean from the balcony, but were occasionally attached by no-see-ums from the reserve and it smells like rotting vegetation. We also noticed mold in the ice maker. It's about a 1.5 mile walk to Duval Street, which we didn't mind.

First Brian met us at the property, showed us around and took us to our unit. When we walked in we were blown away. The view was stunning, the unit was so beautiful!! And it even smelled clean. In the freezer was our first taste of Key lime pie. Brian wanted to make sure we were supported during our entire stay. He got in touch with a colleague that booked an event for us. Everything was smooth and effortless!! I highly recommend Last Key and this unit. It is even prettier than the pics!!

We stayed at the SHANG-RI-LA for a long weekend with friends. The condo was outfitted with everything that you will need and was absolutily perfect for what we needed and the facilities (pool, clubhouse, etc,) we all clean and well maintained. We will defintley consider stayign here again on our nexxt trip to Key West.

Great vieww. Nice unit, plenty of room and had all the essentials. Felt safe and secure at location even thru hurricane Helene. Never lost power and still had communistion with property management.

Every thing we needed was close . Everyone we met was super nice. This is a great place to relax !!!!

This was a quiet location with an ocean view. We really enjoyed our condo. Brian met us when we arrived and showed us everything. He also had a Key Lime pie waiting for us which we loved! Beds were comfortable. The living room furniture could be updated as it wasn’t very comfortable. Otherwise we had a great stay there and enjoyed Key West.
