The host was available if i had any questions and helpful and fast to respond to any help needed with the condo .The condo was so clean and well supplied with all the kitchen utensils that we could need plus great balcony furniture. Great stay and great host.. One of the nicest condo out there.

Stayed Dec 1, 2024This condo is located in what we believe to be the best area of PCB, if you're looking for a quiet setting with less of the commercial and tourist traps of the beach. The condo itself had everything we needed for our stay and then some. Although the furniture is dated and has seen better days, it was clean and organized. There were plenty of linens, towels, etc. Having the washer and dryer in-unit was great. Steve, the owner, was very responsive and went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. We spent many hours on the balcony overlooking the beach and enjoying the spectacular sunsets.

It was very well furnished with everything you could possibly need or want. The bed was comfy and the couch was also! Loved the balcony chairs! Views were amazing! We will be looking forward to booking again!
