Seventh floor Mountain View condo.

Beautiful well equipped sparkling clean apartment, we loved our stay, Tristan was always in touch for any need (we stayed during the huge storm last week), Highly recommended.

This condo has been well taken care of, has updated appliances, and has very comfortable carpet and furniture. The kitchen is fully appointed for cooking -which we did every night- and the beds and pillows are great. Working washer and dryer are a bonus. One issue now (winter 24/25) is the seal around the sliding door. There was ice built up around every window frame and the sliding door to the balcony was frozen shut with about an inch of ice all around the bottom. It also whistled very loudly at all hours of the night and day when the wind blew. This would probably be a non issue when the weather is not blizzard-like and in the single digits. Regarding Sugar Top as a whole: The walk from the elevator is about as long as it gets, but with rolling carts for luggage it's not bad. Sugar Top has a great pool, two hot tubs, a steam and a dry sauna, as well as a small gym with well maintained equipment. The amenities are clean and fun. There is no restaurant or bar, and you need to take a short shuttle ride to get to your car in a lower parking lot if you do not have an owner's parking pass, then drive down the mountain to one of two very close grocery stores. Plenty of food and beverage options are quite close by. I have stayed in two other condos at Sugar Top and this was the most modern and comfortable by far.

The parking is terrible. We have to park so far every nigth and wait a transfer to the reception, under the super cool weather, Was horrible. We freezed.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable condo with a ton of amenities. King-size bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. It has 2 full bathrooms. Beautiful views of Sugar Mountain ski slopes from the 7th floor in the Citadel of Sugar Top Resort. The resort has a pool, hot tubs, a gym, a steam room, and a sauna, which is great to relax and work out. Luggage carts and shopping carts are available to bring your belongings to the room. Great location in the Appalachian mountains. Very close to the Grandfather Mountain Profile trail park. A few miles from Linville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Close to Grandfather Mountain High Mile Bridge, too. 30 minutes from Boone and a little less from Blowing Rock.

Condo was clean and well stocked. Some bulbs were burnt out in the kitchen, but overall, it was a great condo. I really hope we can return sometime in the future.

Easy check in. Very neat, fully furnished with what you would need and a friendly, helpful staff. Great views! Felt like a home away from home! Would definitely return to this location!

The rental was nice but a little outdated. It served our purpose well for our boys snowboard trip weekend.

Host was great and gave excellent instructions. The place was clean and welcoming.

The condo was perfect and exactly as described! Everything was clean and ready for our visit! The owner gave excellent details for our stay and all of the staff we encountered were amazing as well!

The balcony view was amazing. Very clean and easily accessible unit. The Host was easily accesssible. She was always helpful and promptly responded to our need. Resolution was prompt and accurate. Had a bad experience with maintenance man, Roger. His behavior was totally unacceptable. The dark haired man out front who was there to help people as they were being discharged and arriving was very helpful and friendly. Overall a great time with my friends.

The place was lovely and the house was well equipped and very clean. The host responded to our questions very promptly. We enjoyed the amenities that sugar top resort offered. We definitely will be back next summer!

This was our 5th stay in Sugartop at Sugar Mountain NC (5 different units!) and this one was the best of the bunch. Next time we go back... we will DEFINITELY stay here. The unit is close to the elevator on the 7th floor (I use a prosthetic leg) making for easy entry/exit. The Master Bath was easy entry and spacious enough for my portable shower chair. The Queen electrically adjustable bed in the Master was a HUGE plus for us... no morning back/neck aches! We stayed for almost 3 weeks and while there were a few minor issues, Tristan (the host) responded quickly and efficiently and ensured that nothing negatively affected our stay. The balcony view is spectacular!!! GREAT sunsets and some afternoon shade. A few final things... the kitchen was nicely decorated (all tile) and well appointed with modern DW, stove, fridge, air fryer, Keurig, and MW. PLENTY of clothes storage in Master (we stayed 3 weeks!) Private washer/dryer worked out nicely and BIG screen TV's in LR and MBR were really nice ones. We are VERY happy about this stay!!

We loved our stat at Tristan's home. The views are spectacular, mesmerizing. We stayed a month during our home renovation. We found everything we needed to actually live there. We appreciated items like an air fryer. The beds were very comfy. There is a nice big smart TV in the bedroom with all the apos you need. We highly recommend this property:)

I had an awesome stay here! When we arrived the property was super clean. The views were breathtaking and the sunset were so pretty a great view from the balcony. The drive to sugar mountain to ski was very close and the roads are very well maintained. I will definitely book here again!

My overall stay was great. This property served is purpose. Clean and with a wonderful view. The check in process was not accurate per the description

Great Location, Clean, pool , hot tub sauna, close to slopes

This is the perfect spot for a family of four! The pool and hot tub were great amentities! The shuttle service/parking situation is less than ideal, but workable. We used this as a jump off point to ski at sugar, tube at hawksnest snow tubing and just visiting around banner elk. We spent most of our time at the ski resort, so loved the proximity. The view is immaculate and such a cute place! Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed another long term stay. The condo is nicely furnished with all the necessities for visitors. Wonderful western views of NC, TN, & VA mountains.

Great communication with host (if needed). Beautiful drive up, overall it only takes a few minutes but its good climb depending on your vehicle. Check in was very easy, using electronic deadbolt. Room numbering system is confusing. Just know theCitadel is another hallway with rooms.. great views. I would stay again. Place was clean with some freshly

Our family returned to this property for a second year and were not disappointed. The condo was spotless. We love the 7th floor views out on the Blue Ridge. The pool and hot tub are lovely. We had a minor personal problem and the owner, Tristan, helped us with it by phone. A very responsive owner! We will come back a third time, for sure!
