Designed for comfort and convenience, the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence features a fully equipped kitchen, modern finishes, and abundant natural light throughout. Restaurants, cafés, galleries, and Los Muertos Beach are all within easy walking distance.

Penthouse 6B is situated on the south side of the building, providing peaceful mountain scenery and a quiet ambiance. One of the bedrooms is furnished with two single beds, which can easily be joined together to create a comfortable king configuration.

Guests enjoy full private access to Penthouse 6B and its amenities, along with shared access to the rooftop’s infinity pool, lounge areas, and open-air relaxation spaces.
