Serene Mountain View Condo 11B North Shore Princeville - on Makai Golf Course

Met our needs, good location for the north shore. The area was nice and quiet. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the variety of birds- especially the albatross's mating rituals.

Outlet in bathroom was sparking from washer and dryer. Couldn’t use it for 5 days. Had to wait for electrician bc everything was so sketchy. It was an ongoing issue for awhile. Second bathroom outlet was also burnt, and they covered it with a towel to hide it. (They only replaced one) honestly scared I was going to die in a fire. They did give me 150 refund. We stayed 9 days and paid over 2000 beware, it’s set up to happen again in the future. We chose this place for the full kitchen and the washer and dryer. There is no air conditioning and it’s so hot you will NOT want to use the oven. Comforter was also dirty and they tried to “hide” it with a blanket as well.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect for just the two of us! The surrounding area is quite and well taken care of, easy access for our daily walks. The Condo was clean with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Thank you Doug! A wonderful bonus was watching the Albatross and their Dance.

Absolutely amazing!

Located in Princeville which is a beautiful place. Condo was comfortable. Well equiped with household supplies.

Host was great, place was solid. Ocean view was technically there by the bathroom window. The only thing we wish was that this place had some AC but that doesn't seem too common around the area. Very solid place otherwise!

No issues - Very clean and hosts provided every thing needed from kitchen items to snorkel and beach gear.Plenty of parking and especially enjoyed the balcony deck

Easy access to walking path in Princeville and a short walk to Princeville town center. Communication with owner was quick and efficient.

Princeville is a GREAT location to get around the island. The resisdance is clean and perfect for travelers.Will definately stay again BUT i'm looking to buy.

Condo was quant and cozy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and nice hot shower.

The location and amenities were wonderful. However, when we checked in around 6 or 7 PM, the place wasn't cleaned. The bed was unmade, the bathroom was messy, and the bathtub was backed up. I contacted the hosts, who promptly fixed the issues within an hour. While it was inconvenient because we were tired, the cleaning crew arrived quickly, and by the time we returned from dinner about 2 hours later the place was perfect. The hosts handled it well, and I would rebook with them again. Thank you for the quick fix.

Lovely little condo on the top floor, easily cooled with open windows and fans. Groundskeeper and maintenance impeccable, not a cockroach or ant invasion in sight. Quiet neighborhood, though the nenes and albatross compete with chickens!

We stayed in this condo for a week and had a great time. It was clean, had everything you needed for cooking and even some chairs and sun umbrellas for the beach. Highly recommend :)

We have stayed in Princeville many times plus other locations on Kauai. Compared to other condos that we have stayed in, this is one the best. Some people have commented about the heat, but it is a fact in Kauai that it gets warm and most places do not have air conditioning. We kept the ceiling fan off in the bedroom during the day so that the heat stayed high and wasn’t pulled down. There were plenty of fans provided and pulling air in through the bathroom window kept the condo cool. It can depend some on the trade winds also. Other than a few tiles around the shower, this was the best maintained condo that we have been in. The kitchen was well equipped. We had the opportunity to meet the owners during our stay and they are quick to answer any questions you may have. There was a different feel here because not every condo in the complex was a rental with a constant parade of people moving in and out.

We stayed for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! The place was clean with a great location, it was also stocked with pretty much anything could have needed. The beach chair and beach towels were so nice to have! The hosts were very friendly and communicated very well, would definitely recommend staying here!

It was a great property, close to Princeville!!
