Maria was very kind and flexible with our stay. Condo was amazing, super clean, right on the beach with everything you’d need. If a remote relaxing trip is what you’re looking for, this is it!

Absolutely FABULOUS!The condo is beautifully decorated and they provided us with everything we needed for the beach: chairs, umbrella, towels…! The washer dryer had us pack less & they even had a steamer and iron! The location is remote so we felt like we could unplug & just relax! Our son graduated from college and this was the PERFECT place for everyone to decompress, connect & celebrate our graduate! Thank you Maria for providing such a great home for us to be together!

Beautiful place to stay with the family with everything needed to cook in or head to the beach!! Very comfortable, updated, clean and welcoming! Communication was quick and Maria is so sweet!!! Can’t wait to visit again!

My wife and I really enjoyed being in such a well-provisioned, comfortable place so near to the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a thoroughly enjoyable stay.Our host, Maria, went far above and beyond expectations in response to a few concerns we had at the start of our three-night stay. We called her to inform her of a few things that were not working properly, and within about 90 minutes, she had Instacart deliver replacements (some better for our needs than what she already had), plus several other goodies like candies, popcorn, and cookies as kind gestures to make up for our minimal inconvenience. We could not have asked for a more immediate, thorough, and accommodating response to our concerns.If we return to Pajara Dunes, we will certainly return to Maria's place. She's a wonderful host (better than we've ever had in a VRBO rental), and we wholeheartedly recommend this place to others looking to stay in Pajaro Dunes.

Shannon and Candice were absolutely wonderful hosts! They provided a quiet, peaceful sanctuary for my family to gather during an important planning event. This is a true space where we could work, rest, and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. While the property feels beautifully secluded from the day-to-day hustle, it remains close enough to easily access everything we needed. Gathering in downtown Morgan Hill for dinner with extended family and returning to the comfort of the Guest House was both convenient and highly productive for our needs. I strongly recommend Shannon, Candice, and their exceptional Guest House for anyone visiting the Bay Area.

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The property is nicer than the great pictures would show and the communication was outstanding. An incredible location with easy access to the Monterey Peninsula Capitola, and the whole area cannot recommend it enough. We will be back for certain.

The house was amazing, with a fully stocked kitchen! Also fully stocked for a beach day! A perfect location, protected from afternoon beezes, and the perfect deck to watch the sunset! Maria was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Would whole heartedly recommend and will definately stay again when I'm in that area! Than you. The ocean view and accommodations were amazing! We highly recommend this property. Also, the staff at the condo association were very friendly and helpful.

This place is so awesome! Comfy beds and a relaxing living/dining room area. We left the patio door open to hear the ocean and it was so peaceful. Beautiful sunsets to enjoy from inside too after coming in from the beach. It’s a 3000 mile trip for me, but if I come back out I will rent this location again.

Maria was super-responsive even though we booked at the last minute. The unit is fully remodeled and very clean. The stairs to the beach are right next door. The beach is not too crowded!

We have stayed at Maria's property now three times. We always love our stay and the nice relaxing time at the beach. If you are looking to stay at a great beach condo dont pass this property up.

Great time. Lovely place.

We absolutely loved our time at Pajaro Dunes. The location was a fantastic jumping off point for everything we did around Monterey Bay. We also loved our time just relaxing by the beach, listening the waves and enjoying the beautiful weather. The condo was so comfortable, clean, and cozy. We all agreed that we wish we had stayed longer because none of us wanted to leave! Beach access was so easy, and it was wonderful to walk along the shore looking for sand dollars, scanning the water for seals, watching the surfers further down the beach, and we loved sitting on the beach to watch the sunset each night.

Everything about this property exceeded or filled expectations. I will recommend this stay to friends.

Outstanding! We loved this property for so many reasons…clean, beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed, safe, and oceanfront. We cooked breakfast every morning and dinner one night. The kitchen has everything we needed. My friend and I had the twin beds and they are SO COMFORTABLE! Maria, the owner, went above and beyond to make it special by suggesting restaurants, she is very responsive and truly cares about her guests. I’d give this property 10 if I good!

Beautiful spot.

The condo was welcoming and attractive and oh so comfortable. We loved hearing the roar of the ocean and watching the sunsets. Beach walks were great too. Pajaro Dunes is a good home base to see all of the Monterey Bay. Our host Maria was delightful.

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for. The unit was clean, modern, comfortable and had everything we could need while away from home. The location is idyllic. Steps from a beautiful, natural beach that is never crowded, always clean and mesmerizing any time of day or night. Easy drive to popular destinations like Monterey, Santa Cruz, Big Sur. The area is very rural with local agriculture fields and an average working class town with convenient shopping and amenities. Nearby we highly recommend kayaking in Elkhorn Slough for a sample of the wildlife around this area. Our host was above and beyond accommodating and responsive. The attention to details within the unit and the fast, helpful communication from the host ensure we will stay here again and again. Wonderful, worry-free time. Thank you Maria!

Light, bright condo right on the dunes. Super nice linens and well appointed kitchen. When we had a slight issue with the check in process the hostess was responsive and accommodating. We had a lovely stay.
