Serene beachfront condo w/ gulf views & resort pools, hot tubs, beach service

Beautiful condo with breathtaking view! Elevators are slow is the only drawback.

Property was off the water as stated as well as a full ocean view off balcony. Condo was clean and for the most part well equipped. We had a family of 6 so there was not a lot of towels so we had to wash constantly. Please bring beach towels, and extra towels if you dont want to wash. Elevator access was a PAIN!! A round trip from the 17th floor down to ground level and back up will take you about 15-20 min so be prepared and patient. Overall, the property was nice and kept up. There are a lot of different fees like paying VRBO, vacassa, the more fees once checked in.

We've stayed in this unit before and it is perfectly located! Walking distance to our favorite oyster place and a beautiful spot on the beach. Very nice condo with everything you need. However we did notice this time it wasn't as clean. All the bedding had stains and there was an old sock left from the prior tenants in the bedroom. Also the towels were tiny and rough...like the kind you get at a cheap hotel. Also no blow dyer which seemed odd given everything else provided. But with some upgrades to the linens would be a 5 star!

Within minutes of waking up there was a loud obnoxious pounding on the door. Before my husband could get to the door he started hearing the keypad being accessed. This means someone is trying to get in! He immediately went into defense mode and opened the door to confront whoever was on the other side. It was a very, very rude maintence guy demanding access. I called Vacasa, lady said there are NO open tickets for the room and if they come back to call the police. Thankfully they did not come back however the rest of the time there we were not as ease incase they did. Very unnerving to know that they are not aware of which units are occupied or not and just will override the door code to come in. The resort was fine for the most part. We will definitely not stay here again. My daughter was so scared she hit the floor in front of the couch to take cover as she didn't know what the ruckus was about outside.

Our trip was Oct 9-13, 2023. I have to admit, after I booked the condo I was a little nervous to learn it was on the 17th floor and that there was complaints about the elevators. Once we got to the condo, it was perfect. The view is amazing. The condo is beautiful and we had no problems at all with elevator waits. There is a single elevator just out the door to the right that we used often, but even the main elevator wasnt a long wait. In the emails from Vacasa it states their busy times are 9:30 to 10:30 and 3:30 to 4:30 I believe so we did try to avoid those times. Pool areas are nice and convenient. Location of the property is great. Close to Pier Park, walmart and lots of restaurants. Check in / check out was a breeze. We had no issues that required us to contact management but they did reach out to us twice before check in to make sure things went smooth and sent periodic texts about checkout. Was able to checkout thru text and just drop off our bracelets on the way out. Would definitely recommend this property!

Very easy check in process. Property was very clean and had all the necessities of home. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This rental had everything we wanted. Food, pool, hot tubs, easy beach access, great ocean view and even a movie theater. The ONLY con is the elevator system. With 30 floors it takes awhile. Get ready to wait and jump on any chance you get.
