Stayed Sep 14, 2025The condo was exactly as described in the listing and was the perfect size for a couple to enjoy a nice relaxing time together. David and Breck responded quickly to our questions and we're very accommodating to some scheduling changes we requested. The pool and exercise room met our expectations and the local owners were friendly and helpful. The list of shops, restaurants, bars, convenience stores within walking distance is endless and close proximity to the beach and Malecon made for an awesome and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Stayed Nov 24, 2023The condo was the perfect size and layout for 2 people. It was wonderful to have so many opening windows to allow a cross breeze and to have fans and air-conditioning when needed. The open air patio out of the sun was wonderful too. We also really appreciated having laundry so we could pack lighter. The complex pool and grounds are an extra treat. We hope to be back to this gem in the city with endless food, drink, bus stops, markets and beach options just outside your door.

Stayed Oct 9, 2023The condo was very good. Kitchen good and bed comfortable. Noise level ok except from 7:30 till 10:00 pm each evening. A band was playing so loudly impossible to sleep or read. Even the upstairs neighbor yelled to turn it down. Hurricane Lydia also was abit scary but we survived without power 2 days. We would stay again despite the unforseen circumstances.
