We had a wonderful week at Emerald Isle, again! Condo was very clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean and well equipped. It was spacious enough for 5 adults. The view was great, and the beach wasn’t nearly as crowded as the public beach up the road, which was perfect. Communication with the owner was good. Any texts were read and responded to quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo with convenient access to the beach & pool. The beach wasn’t crowded & there were shops & restaurants within a five minute drive. Everything you need at condo & a nice view of the beach from the balcony & bedroom. One small issue the owner took care of quickly. So many shells on the beach & ice cream shops nearby for the kids. Wonderful trip!

The condo was fantastic! Perfect size for our family of 5. The host was always quick to respond and we had no issues on property! Perfect location for a beach vacation!

Wonderful stay!

The view was great, easy access to the beach. Quiet, plenty of parking, easy check out. Did not do any cooking but had plenty of everything.

Host was very prompt answering any questions. He replaced the keurig for us when it stopped working. Beautiful view of sunrise & sunset.

Craig was a great host. He was very responsive. The amenities were excellent. The view and proximity to the ocean was better than expected. We were looking for a quiet laid back type of experience and that's exactly what we got. We couldn't have asked for a better Fall Break beach trip. Thanks Craig.

Our stay was great! Everything was as advertised. The unit was clean and just like the pictures. The owner is very helpful. He texted me in the morning before we checked in with instructions, directions, and codes for the unit. All were very clear and helpful. He even suggested some local restaurants. We didn't have a reason to contact the owner but it was nice knowing he was available. Hope to be back soon.

Great location for shops, food and beach

We enjoyed our stay. Some areas need some cosmetic uplift ( ie: first bathroom). A big help for people that are not from the area would be a binder with information on how to operate the tv & info on local restaurants. Other than that, it was lovely.

Our stay was great. The condo was the perfect size and the view was amazing. You had a great view of the ocean in every window. I highly recommend the condo.

The condo was fantastic, it was fully equipped with kitchen items and all of the linens you may need. The views were spectacular from sunrises to sunsets. The ease of checking in and checking out was seamless. The owner was great to work with and very responsive to our needs. This condo is a keeper and will definitely be used by us again.

We LOVE this spot for family vacation! This beautiful property boasts an amazing view of the sunrise and sunset and offers lots of fun extras such as swimming, tennis/ pickle ball and basketball!

Great place to stay! The place was clean and had amazing views from almost every window. Was convient to grocery stores, restaurants, and activities. Beach access was easily accessable and was not over crowded. We will rent again.

Well maintained, clean condo with amazing views. The view from the primary bedroom is absolutely stunning!Everything was in good working order and sofa is new. The owners are very responsive and personable, easy check in and check out. We had bikes, pool toys and beach chairs that we felt very comfortable keeping under the building. We would definitely recommend this condo. As far as the building there were some elevator issues a couple of times and I would love to see umbrellas at the pool. It was very hot during the day with no shade available but a nice pool nonetheless.

Enjoyed a few days tween Xmas and New Years at this very clean, updated property. Host Craig provided excellent and clear communication. Checkin and out super easy. Would definitely repeat staying here.
