Absolute perfection - pristine, great location and property. The host is very nice and responsive. Condo is gorgeous with all amenities and comforts of home. 10/10 recommend!!!

Great location, great unit, and great host. The unit had very upscaled appliances, was fully stocked with anything you could need, and the walk to the beach from the building was about 100 yards to the shoreline. The condo was even fully stocked with dish pods, laundry pods, and dryer sheets. We loved it, and we will definitely be staying here again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit and it continues to be our first choice for future visits!

This was our second stay at the Second Wind and will return in the future! It is a beautiful unit and has all the amenities. The golf cart is an added bonus. We loved being able to cruise around the resort, run to get ice cream and run grocery on Grand Boulevard. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we had a wonderful week making memories with our boys!

We had an amazing time at Second Wind. The interior design is impeccable. The location, beach chairs and umbrella and cooler provided (no daily rentals needed), and all the great close by restaurants made this a great anniversary vacation for me and my wife. Carla was quick to respond to any questions. We highly recommend! We had a great time, recharged and caught our Second Wind.

Don’t hesitate to book this condo. The location to beach and pool was excellent. The owners attention to detail was over the top! Only need to bring your clothes everything else was provided for you. The golf cart was great to have didn’t need a car. Uber to and from airport was easy. Highly recommend this condo “second wind”. Thank you for sharing your condo.

Great Condo! Everything was perfect. Immaculate and clean. Complex was outstanding. Kitchen has everything you needed and then some! Beds were comfortable. A much needed relaxing getaway. Plan on staying here many more times.

This is by far the best unit I have ever stayed in through VRBO. It actually surpasses many high end hotel rooms I have stayed in!As someone who has managed hotels and resorts for over 25 years, I am a self proclaimed “travel snob”. This unit far exceeded my expectations! I was shocked at how it was even nicer than the photos. Everything in the unit is top of the line, high end from the appliances to the furnishings. Anything you could need is provided for you, including amazing toiletries, throw blankets, games. We had a blast playing Jenga at night after going to dinner in the golf cart or taking a soak in the jacuzzi steps away. The beach locker was full of everything you could ever want. Chairs, cooler, pool noodles, boogie boards. There was even a Bogg bag for us to use!The view was perfect, the resort grounds are so lush and just over the palms you could see the gorgeous emerald water and at night it was so pretty to see the pool and jacuzzi illuminated. It was a great location as it was easy to access everything quickly yet still very private. We loved the sounds from the waterfall, it made it even more it a tropical oasis.I could go on and on about how wonderful our stay was, truly too much to list. Book it, you won’t regret it! We truly felt like we were in a high end resort and are so thankful to have found a place where it is so obvious the owner truly cares about the people staying there feel like they are their guests. We cannot wait to return!

Our family has been vacationing in Miramar Beach for 10 years and this was our favorite condo yet. The unit is immaculate and well-appointed with thoughtful upgrades and attention to detail that made our week truly exceptional. Our children enjoyed the pool and the snack bar was a fun bonus. We hope to visit again in the future!

The property is exactly as listed: high end appliances and furnishings, very clean on arrival, thoughtful touches everywhere. We had a wonderful family week at the beach and this condo was the perfect base of operations for it all. Leading up to the trip, Carla was on top of delivering all necessary info and promptly answered all our other questions. Having the golf cart is an awesome extra that makes exploring the resort and all the dining/shopping/entertainment across the road in Baytowne and Grand Boulevard convenient and fun. We had an AC issue that wasn't anyone's fault, and Carla went out of her way to get it addressed and make it right. I have no complaints whatsoever and we'd be thrilled to stay in this condo over and over again in the future!

We have been to this condo many times and absolutely love it!! Everything from communication to cleanliness is amazing... we would never stay anywhere else in Miramar Beach!

We have vacationed at Sandestin for 30 years and this was the most beautifully furnished, well equipped place we’ve ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean and fresh scented, even down to the linens! The owners provide everything you could possibly need during your stay, and Carla was an excellent host who communicated with us quickly and efficiently. Westwinds is the most beautiful of all the Sandestin properties. It has a fabulous pool with a snack bar and is so convenient to the beach. Having a golf cart adds so much to the Sandestin experience! We loved driving it to the tennis courts and to dine at Baytowne or Grand Boulevard. We are so glad we stayed here and are looking forward to our next stay at Second Wind!

We recently stayed at this beautiful condo by the beach, and it was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and thoughtfully decorated everything was. The space was bright, airy with beautiful shades of blue. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the bed was super comfortable we slept better here than we do at home! Everything was exactly as described, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and clearly take great pride in this place.If you’re looking for a relaxing, beautiful beach getaway, this condo is a gem. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean, smelled wonderful and had lots of extra amenities that other places do not offer: beach chairs, beach cart, spices for cooking, coffee, coffee filters, coffee pods, tea, ziplock bags, cooking spray, paper towels, dish sponge, dish pods, laundry detergent etc. I have stayed a lot of Destin condos over the years and this is the only place that offered this level of extras. I was thoroughly impressed. We loved this place and will definitely be back!

Like others have said, this was the cleanest beach property we have ever been to. All the linens, furniture, etc. were quality. I loved having a washer and dryer in our unit! The location was perfect, with the pool right next to the beach. We also loved having a tiki bar that offered beach service each day. We paid for a weekly rental of chairs and umbrella, but unfortunately people set up their personal chairs in front of the paid ones, therefore blocking your view. The heated pool was a nice size, and there was plenty of seating. The kids loved being able to ride the golf cart to dining and shopping. The one (minor) thing I would have liked is a fan in the bedrooms. I’m also sensitive to smells, so I had to put the diffusers in the laundry room. Overall, we were very pleased, and hope to be back again!

The pictures don’t lie! This is a beautifully decorated & luxurious condo. All furnishings, kitchen appliances/pans, towels, bedding, etc are high-end & in great condition. This unit was priced a little higher than others we considered, but I have zero regrets. “You get what you pay for,” is a phrase I keep in mind when booking accommodations for my family, so if you have the same mentality, you will not be disappointed with this condo selection!

This is our family’s third year staying in the condo, and we absolutely love it. It’s close to both the beach and the pool, and having access to the golf cart is a game-changer. Just book it, I promise you wont regret it.

Amazing time at Second wind! We enjoyed everything about this condo. Everything is high end, easy to access, and every detail is covered! Would love to stay here again. Location to Destin commons and Baytowne can’t be beat. We loved the golf cart access using the tunnel and fishing in the many ponds! Both of my boys caught a fish! This is our fifth year at Sandestin, and this condo is undoubtedly the most luxurious and well-appointed we’ve ever stayed in. Not only is it spotlessly clean, but it’s also meticulously organized, stocked with everything we needed, and thoughtfully designed to accommodate our family of four. We had two boys, ages seven and nine, and the condo provided ample space and comfort for us all. The location is simply fantastic, right next to the pool and the ocean. Our boys were thrilled to watch their new friends arrive for the day from the balcony, and that became our cue to head down to the pool for some fun. One of the most convenient features we discovered was the beach bar at the pool. It’s something we haven’t found at any of the other pools we’ve stayed at in Sandestin. The owners were incredibly helpful and prompt in responding to any questions we had, which made our trip stress-free and a genuine vacation. This unit is truly special, and we are looking forward to our next trip there!

The condo is clean and stalked with everything you need!

Everything was perfect! The condo was spotless and in a great location within the complex. Carla was super helpful, and helped us navigate check-in with the bad weather we were driving thru. The beach was amazing, and the heated pool was comfortable for our kids even in the low 60s outside. We will definitely be coming back :)

We really enjoyed our 10 day stay at this gorgeous second floor condo!Perfect for two couples and so well stocked with toiletries, coffee, laundry supplies also. The kitchen is top notch and even though we only made breakfast one day; every cooking item we needed was available in the beautiful kitchen.The perfect heated pool, and nicely hot hot-tub, plus beach access was easy and picturesque. Not overly crowded at this time of year. But a very nice friendly group of people! We enjoyed the easy golf cart and 20 minute walk to the Marina at Sandestin and Grand Blvd. Overall we were very impressed and will keep this condo on our list for future Destin trips. Thank you to Carla for the attention to detail with the condo- definitely top-notch!

First, I cannot express how seamless the entrance to property, covered garage, building, and unit was. Great start! When we entered the condo, we were awe struck on how modern, clean, and well decorated this unit was. To give this review some perspective, I am in the luxury high-rise condo construction industry and IMO, this rivals penthouse level characteristics. The finishes were amazing and modern including a unique and highly sought after stone kitchen that wraps the kitchen, a beautiful backsplash, and modern stainless appliances. Bathrooms were equally impressive with beautiful glass tile shower surrounds with multiple showering options including standard shower head, handheld shower wand, or a ceiling mounted rain head. Gorgeous flooring with light inviting color themes, beautiful decorations, and comfortable new furniture. The beds were comfortable which is generally my number one item of concern as one with back issues. The large televisions with adjustable arms in the bedroom is also a very nice touch. Along with the modern appliances, the dishware and stemware also appeared to be new and very stylish. Every kitchen item imaginable and small appliance one would need was there, neatly organized, clean, and new. Access to the owner's golf cart, beach chairs and beach toys is a huge plus! Loved it!
