Second-Floor, Side Condo with Ocean View, WiFi & Shared Pools/Hot Tub/Tennis

Hot tub was okay, dead cockroach in the indoor pool area, though. Kitchen: we purchased and left a tea kettle. There was nothing to boil water in for tea. There were no small/med sized pots to cook in. There was no pizza cutter or cookie sheets.

So, I love the beach, period. It's gonna be hard for me to complain about being there. I've been to Atlantic Beach every year around the 4th of July for the last 4 years, and each year I've stayed with APTB though Vacasa (although two of those years I was someone's guest), Every condo that I've stayed in has been more than satisfactory for the price and proximity to the ocean, and that place (APTB) is ALIVE during that time of year. Yet, at the same time, it's very much a family place and after 10pm it's nice and quiet, and safe as can be if you wanna take a stroll. The complex itself has a great pool and hot tub, along with other amenities. But about the condo itself. Again, I can't complain. Not that it wasn't a nice place, I'd love to live somewhere like that in fact, I just spend as little time as I can in the room while I'm down there so to me, Can't complain gets a 5 star rating. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked, the kitchen was nice but I didn't do any cooking there as my extended family was also spread out over multiple units and we'd cook at each other's places. Still nicer than some that I've seen. The bedroom and bed were great, as was the guest room (great place for a nap with the balcony door open). The view wasn't spectacular, the balcony looked over the parking lot but you could see the water over the top of the dunes. I didn't pick it for the view, though, it was a wonderful home base and that's what I needed. P.S.- The mermaid statue is a trip ? Everyone who saw it laughed.

The place was nice and nice decor. Kitchen well stock. Beautiful view of beach from the balcony. Good place to enjoy the morning.

Place was ok. Definitely not cleaned to the level I’d expect. I’m not a white glove stickler…but it wasn’t great.

The condo was cute, but was in need of a deep cleaning. I reached out to Vacasa and was told they would fwd my photos to the local office, but no further response. -Beds and Couch were clean -Shower heads are filthy and calcified -Bath turn knobs have black mold inside -Dining room table crumbs and cereal under -Beds had dust and cereal crumbs under -The air intake filter doesn’t look like it has been changed in year. Three people in our party suffer from allergies and left with sinus infections. For the cost, I didn’t expect luxury but I did expect it to be cleaner. Our entire party is disappointed with the cleanliness of this eoom. The resort is awesome. We loved water slide and pools. We have decided we will stay at the resort again but we will use a different company and different room.

The property was clean and nicely decorated. It is well equipped with everything needed. Plenty of room for a couple to use for a quick getaway. We will consider staying again.
