Stayed Aug 15, 2025Stayed here for the weekend for a wedding. Very nice and clean rental. View from the balcony was wonderful. Beach was nice. No beach towels were provided and you are not allowed to take regular towels out of the unit. Location was amazing. Everything was in walking distance. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this unit to anyone staying in Boyne City or surrounding areas.

The location and proximity to town made our trip perfect. I loved all the details that the owner added and the view was worth a million bucks! The only thing that I would have liked is if they would have provided beach towels for our visit. Coming from out of state did not allow us to bring our own. Not a big deal..but maybe a perk?

The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed, the location was great for walking to restaurants and shopping and the view of the lake from the balcony was amazing!

Stayed Jun 19, 2025The property was as described. Location is perfect for walking to downtown. We enjoyed the balcony in the morning and evening. Having busy lives it was the perfect place to recharge our batteries and relax. Our next trip north this will be top of our list of places to stay.

Stayed Oct 7, 2024Property was just as described. View of lake awesome, bed very comfortable. Walking distance to dt Boyne. Only comment is that the fireplace has very little flame. Would be nice to have some cozy blankets on the couch. Fall brings colder weather which is good for snuggling under a soft blanket.

Having the private beach and a balcony overlooking it made the vacation so relaxing. Boyne City is a very cute town and you can walk everywhere in town from Water Street Inn.
